Our online order including spicy sushi.
Kathy M.

We've ordered here several times and have been happy with our orders. Tonight we ordered 3 spicy rolls and when they came they were regular rolls (as seen in the pics). The worst part about the whole experience was the woman on the phone argued with us and told us we were wrong. Check your orders people.

Lunch menu with the teriyaki bento box was nicely laid out, a little rice, miso soup (or salad), California roll, and two crunchy fried shumai. Nice lunch and while not as flexible as some places with selections, good for the area! Located in a small strip mall. Opened at 11am.

Sushi lunch special.

Quaint and delicious. The perfect lunch break for these Californians while out in Delaware. Not pictures but perfectly seasoned and fried: tempura appetizer.

A05. Yakitori, S17. Green Curry Chicken, J17. Tuna Sushi, 108. Tuna Roll, 223. Fabulous Roll

Second time I've been here and the chicken green curry just hits for me, savory and filling with depths of flavor. Other places I go to make it too ginger-forward but Wasabi 2 does it right. We also got the chicken yakitori, tuna nigiri, tuna roll, and fabulous roll (tuna inside and out)! Great service with water refills and ordering takeout. An amazing spot for ordering out or a clean, cozy space for dining in! I love to visit after a run to Costco nearby.

223. Fabulous Roll

This place is fine but I'm a little surprised by the high ratings. I got seared tuna as an appetizer and it just wasn't that great -- fine but wouldn't order again. I got the fabulous roll and that was very good. I picked up my food and the inside of the restaurant is blocked off so you can't eat in, which was a little weird (it seemed like on their website it was takeout and eat in). It also smelled heavily of cigarette smoke which was a little gross. I would recommend somewhere else for a great experience.

Godzilla Roll - spicy tuna rolled with jumbo shrimp tempura and eel sauce
Leo S.

A friend and I ordered take out on a Friday night. I ordered the Godzilla Chef Special's Roll and it was so good! The tuna and shrimp were fresh, and the eel sauce was a sweet twist to an already delicious roll. The serving size was generous, so I was pleased with the quality and quantity of the sushi. The price is a little steep, but I think most would say it's worth the cost. I don't live that close to Wasabi2, but next time I'm in the area, I plan to order again!

Top - spicy tuna, Bottom - eel & cucumber

I really like the way this place has set itself up during COVID. You walk in the door and there's a wall with a glass window and a drawer/box, sort of like a drive up pharmacy, and a separate smaller box for payment. They ask you to write down your name and phone number and show it to them. Then they have hand sanitizer for when you come in/leave. I got sushi rolls tonight which were pretty good, but I wish the eel & cucumber had more eel in it. The spicy tuna was spicy, which is how I like it!

Sushi and Spicy Tuna Roll

Excellent! I am new to Glen Mills area and wanted to find a Sushi restaurant. I used YELP to find Wasabi2, which was only 6 miles away. What a treat! In a small shopping center with plenty of parking. I walked in a very quiet restaurant, nicely decorated, with a lovely sushi bar. It is a small restaurant with maybe 15+ tables. I was given an extensive menu that had Japanese and Chinese cuisine. I chose Japanese with Mizo soup and Sushi Deluxe. All I can say is all was excellent. And so was the service.

Sashimi salad

Upon entering the small and quaint Japanese restaurant, we were greeted warmly by the host who brought us to our table. We started off our orders with chicken fried rice for the children, and for the adults, the following: sushi boat, Longwood Garden roll, sashimi salad, spicy salmon roll, eel roll, followed by three orders of fried ice cream. We had a long stroll in Longwood Garden prior to this visit, don't judge. Let me start off by saying the salmon was incredibly buttery and creamy. There was not one gristle that could be found in that massive chunk of salmon. The octopus was deliciously juicy and chewy with a wonderful sweet fragrance that explodes with every bite. The Longwood Garden roll was a perfect marriage of sweet and savory and the creamy avocado and salmon balanced the sweetness perfectly. The spicy salmon roll was not the typical wimpy slap blah of salmon mush slapped on top of the rice, this was real diced chunks of salmon carefully mixed with tangy mayo and a generous squirt of spicy sauce. There were more sushi we had, but I'm salivating as I wrote this and have to stop. I was so impressed with the sushi that I decided to try the kids chicken fried rice, curious on what impressive feat they can conjure up. The rice had the perfect balance of egginess and savoriness and blended in perfectly with the white chicken breasts that were generously salted. Delicious. Lastly, we finished our perfect day with a heaping scoop of fried ice cream. The batter was thick without being too heavy, it had a wonderful spongey texture that soaked up the left over ice cream that had melted into the bowl. The ice cream itself was cream, but the batter was the star here. Overall, I highly recommend this place for quality sushi and sashimi. The fried ice cream is also a decadent dessert that cannot be missed.

F22. Vegetable Lo Mein

Vegetable lo mein was disappointing. All noodles with a few sad pieces of mushroom, broccoli, and onion. Asked for it "extra spicy" and it hardly had any spice. Got a few other things from the menu that weren't bad but the food is way overpriced.

Amazing staff, Beautiful plates and delicious sushi! Went for a Moms night out and they didn't rush us at all, which I love. My favorite rolls were rainbow rolls and the special French cake roll. If you love sushi, you'll love wasabi!

Softshell crab appetizer!! Suggested by Harrison... it was so good, i ordered another to eat as my entree!

Was looking for a good Chinese restaurant. This wasn't it. Doesn't allow indoor eating despite their web site giving that impression

I was in West Chester, PA, for a special event at the QVC/HSN studios, on Sunday, March 23, 2026. HSN host, Bobbi Ray Carter retired after 43 years, on-air. Lovely live studio audience event. I stayed at The Warner Hotel, which was very pleasant and only 2 blocks from TSUNAMI, my Sushi Lunch Favorite!! (I'm from NYC, so this calm, chill music vibe is much appreciated! ) I recommend TSUNAMI. If I was staying longer, I'd also try some of the Thai food offered here, too. Yesterday, I did see a lovely iced Thai Tea or Thai Coffee, not sure which, but it looked great. Enjoy a meal here. And relax. And, the gelato place almost next door, was enjoyable last night. And the homemade candy place a block down was good too. Milk chocolate peanut butter homemade cups, very good. Nice area to stroll ...and enjoy some additional sweet treats, if you wish...or just stroll.

We got the pad thai and pad see ew. I guess I should have guessed that this would not be very authentic because I was debating between the drunken noodles and pad see ew and was told that they were the same except that one had spice and the other did not. Another person in our group had the new york teriyaki hibachi. I had a bite and it was better than the Thai dishes, but probably not good enough to make me want to go back. The pluses: Portions are very generous and the service is great. They also offer a lunch menu from Monday through Saturday. The minuses: the Thai dishes have a spin to them and do not taste anything like the dishes they are named after. Overall, I wish I liked the food more but this spot would probably appeal to folks that are not looking for more authentic Thai dishes.
