Being vegan I'm always on the hunt for the best sweet potato rolls, and I think I've found them! So crunchy on the outside and soft, sweet and warm on the inside, they were perfect! The peanut avocado roll was also super tasty, first time having that roll. My boyfriend loved his rolls! He ordered the Out of Control, eel avocado, and spicy crab. They looked so good! We also had spring rolls and vegetable fried rice (no egg), everything was amazing. They are byob so keep that in mind if you want to drink. Really pricey for most dishes and not overwhelmed with amount for the cost. Other competitors that have better rolls for better price. Wonderful sushi. Had shrimp tempura roll which I use as a standard when I try a new place. Nice clean tempura, good eel sauce. Also tried the spicy lobster roll. Nice balance of the sweet and spicy. Good presentation, very friendly staff, quality food for price. read more

We had a really positive experience at this restaurant. We made a mistake when placing our online order for pick up and they immediately called us to notify us but were very accommodating and helped us to still get what we originally wanted. The food was delicious and we really liked the miso soup. We ordered several maki rolls: spicy salmon, spicy tuna, yellowtail scallion, tuna avocado, salmon avocado, eel cucumber, and shrimp tempura. The only thing I am not a huge fan of is lettuce in my shrimp tempura roll but I think that is pretty standard at many places so it's not too huge of a deal. Look kids! A sushi spot in a shopping center!! Something you see just all the time. All jokes aside, I think Wasabi2 has some of the best, reasonably priced sushi/sashimi around. The employee who answers the phone every time I order is so freaking friendly, I address him by his first name when I go pick up my food. One time I got a free calendar and it was pretty hilarious to watch 6 of my family members look at their zodiac symbol and argue whether they do or don't fit the traits of their cosmic sign. Our server was informative and pleasant. I had the gyoza pork dumplings which were very good! The sushi was even better. I thought I would try their rainbow roll (I usually eat the same sushi rolls when I go out for Japanese food) and it was SO good! The Mochi dessert was also really refreshing. Conveniently located in the Dilworthtown Shopping center, Wasabi2 offers a very cozy atmosphere for your dining pleasure. The owner of the restaurant, along with our waiter were both extremely attentive and engaging, but not over bearing. Our waiter was very good at offering some sushi suggestions while we were looking over the menu. My partner was very excited to see that they offered Sea Urchin Uni on their menu but was told that it is only available on Friday's and Saturday's. We sampled the seaweed salad and spicy tuna tar tar as appetizers and were absolutely blown away by both. The seaweed salad was served on a bed of julienned cucumber and was some of the freshest we ever tasted. The tuna tar tar was at first glance not what we expected. It resembled a spicy tuna filling with avocado on top, but again were pleasantly surprised by how delicious it was. For our sushi entrees we ordered a classic Rainbow Roll and a Fancy Lobster Roll. The Rainbow Roll practically melted in your mouth and had some of the freshest fish I have ever tasted. The Lobster Roll was absolutely out of this world and the creamy lobster meat was superb. To finish off our meal we had the Japanese Mochi Ice Cream in a tangerine/orange flavor. Being that neither one of us had ever had it we were both excited to give it a try and again we were blown away. The ice cream was rich and creamy and the rice paper that it was wrapped in also had a strong, but fresh orange flavor. It was the perfect ending to a delicious lunch. The prices are very reasonable for both the sushi and Chinese offerings. I think Wasabi2 is quickly working it's way to being "the place" for sushi and Chinese food. If you are in or around the West Chester area this is definitely a place to visit. read more

I got some sushi and Chinese food from here last night and I was really happy with it. I've been on the hunt for a new Chinese food place since my usual place continually provided General Tso chicken that was hard and overcooked. The General Tso chicken here was not one bit hard or overcooked, and the sauce was very good. Now I know every place says General Tso's chicken is spicy and it almost never is, but the sauce used here does have a nice spice to it! My sushi was also great and tasted very fresh. All the food was good. It was not amazing but good. They forgot the wasabi for my sushi but my husband is a good sharer. The fried rice is very yummy and the bbq ribs have a nice amount of meat but sauce was not my favorite. Not bad, but more American bbq sauce tasting than I am used to. I would give 3.5 stars. I'd go again if others wanted to but I am not left craving to return. I would say to give it a chance since it was not to my taste but no real problems. I just found it mediocre. read more
