It was clean, everything was working and the manager on duty was friendly and helpful.

I used the over side washers. They were $6.75 a load. Bedding were very clean and the cycle took approximately 25 minutes. The dryers were 25 cents per 5 min. The dryers were massive and quick to dry the towels and bedding. Total I spend about $15. The bedding was fresh clean and looked amazing. The WiFi does not work and the televisions were not in service. There is a vending machine available for drinks. While waiting on the laundry, you can go sit by the water or talk to other people doing their laundry. The laundromat was clean and reasonably priced. read more

This place doesn't provide wash and fold service!!!! This is a laundry mat, and a laundry mat only. if you can get the attendance attention. He may direct you to sign on the board that has a customer's name and number who will wash your clothes and fold them. I'm sure their service is great. Even pick up and deliver your laundry. But, at an extra cost I would assume. After I'd already made a 20 minute drive down here from Chapin, I just ended up doing my own. Even though the place is called "wash and fold", they do not provide a service. Kind of a joke. I should have called I guess huh? read more

We were from out of town. Staying at a hotel never by. So we decided to go and wash our clothes. The laundromat was nice and clean. They had a lot of machines. This place was small. People know when you are out of town, they look at you like you, crazy or from another planet. So we put our clothes in the washer and the price was $3.25 a load. And I looked around and read the signs on the walls. The signs read don't leave your clothes unattended they will be taken out and put on the side. So I was scared to even go to my suv to sit in it. I had to go to the restroom. Ask the attendance that was working, and he stated that they don't have a bathroom, then he said the plumbing isn't working. So I couldn't go to the restroom. How does he go? So I told my husband this crazy story. He said we have to find one but remember you can't leave your clothes. So we took a change. We walked outside and halfway around the building, and their was a big parking lot with about 5 stores, but they were real far. It was like a guest town. So walked on the side and was a junk store with no bathroom, a pizza shop, no bathroom, and if you eat in and want to wash your hands or use the restroom. Not good at all. Then we walked a little farther and went into the cube storage place. I thought it wasn't going to be a bathroom, but my husband said just ask and thank God this older woman said yes, and they had two, so I went, and my husband even went. I didn't think I could've made it if she had said no bathroom. That's why I gave those many stars. Shame on them every establishment needs a restroom for their customers. Oh, I also forget they didn't have a sink to wash your hand or to rinse out anything. I asked if they had a sink, and the young man asked me for what. I said for what I wanted to wash my hand to get the soap off he was a little rude, so he went and got me two face cloths, one wet and the other dry. But both felt dry. Very clean laundromat. Clean washers & dryers. Owner on site. Very friendly. We used this laundromat several times when our washer was being repaired. The laundromat was always sparkly & clean when we went in. We had no issues. They also offer Laundry Service for you, and House Cleaning Service. Not sure if they have Dry Cleaning. Convenient location. I got my grocery shopping done at BiLo while waiting for the wash cycle to finish. Plenty of parking. Well lit. We found a couple of other laundromats closer, but they looked kind of shady & were in a ghetto area. It was worth it to drive a few minutes further out, where it felt safer, and get my shopping done at the same time. We paid $3.50 per load on warm wash. Cheaper if you wash cold. Dryers vary from 5-7 minutes per quarter, depending on the size of your load & the drying cycle you choose. I dried 2 loads of washing, in the same dryer, in 30 minutes. Close to shops, food, gas, Post Office. One stop shop! :) read more

My experience was not great.....I was harassed by the owner regarding the amount of soap powder that I used to wash my laundry. She repeatedly checked the machine I was using to see how much powder I used....and fussed with me about how I should have measured the powder and use only 1/4 of a cup,etc. She was very rude and "nit-picky". I don't intend to use this laundry mat ever again! read more
