After a matcha spill in the back seat of our Porsche Taycan, we took the car to a local car wash and paid an additional $100 for an interior detail. Unfortunately, they failed to remove the stain and somehow made things worse by leaving what appeared to be low-quality dressing products throughout the interior. It was incredibly disappointing. Thankfully, we found Wash Me Now. I called on a Sunday morning expecting to schedule something later in the week, but they were able to come out the very same day. We live in a gated community with no access to a hose or water source, which can be a challenge for mobile detailers. Not for these guys. Their truck is fully self-contained and equipped with its own filtered water system, so they were ready to work immediately. For $180, we received a full interior detail that even included an exterior wash at no additional charge. The results were outstanding. The matcha stain that another company couldn't remove was completely gone. They cleaned up the residue left behind by the previous detailer and restored the leather to a clean, factory-like finish. The exterior looked incredible as well. The paint was glossy, the trim looked great, and the entire car looked better than it has in months. What impressed me most was the value. For less than $200, they corrected another company's mistakes, removed a difficult stain, detailed the interior, and washed the exterior. That's hard to beat. The Porsche honestly looked like it had just rolled off the showroom floor. Professional, responsive, reasonably priced, and extremely thorough. I got the interior detailing, mainly for seat stains, and was super pleased with how clean it came out. Also loved that they came to my location. The staff were very nice and responsive. One big problem, though, is the fragrance they used (not sure if it was the shampoo or something additional) was very strong and bothersome. The scent stayed in my car for weeks, despite driving with the windows down on a daily basis to air it out. My car was pretty filthy - husky fur everywhere and a bit of dirt. Hasn't been cleaned in a couple of months. I've been to many hand car wash businesses in OC and am never impressed with the interior cleaning. I gave these guys a call and was able to make an appointment scheduled for 40 minutes after I called!! They drove to my location, and finished my car in 50 minutes. Both exterior and interior looked waayy better than the car washes I've gotten at the shops, and I only paid about $15 more. Plus they come to you! Seem like nice people as well. We were regular customers until this incident occurred and was not resolved. Our jeep returned to us with broken backseat seatbelt and spring mechanism from the trunk was also damaged. Our usual experienced car washers that come to our home weren't there this time, young men came to wash our vehicles. Not sure how this business has 5 stars. The first time I made an appointment, they were 45 minutes late and the excuse was that the drivers were running late from their last appointment. Fair enough, the service wasn't bad so I decided to use them again. I reached out on Tuesday for an 8:00 AM Saturday appointment, gave the address and confirmed that I would receive a text message when the drivers were 15 minutes away. Close to 8:00 AM today, I reached out by text to see if they were on their way. Not only were they not on their way, but I was told that the vans had broken down and that they thought they had told me yesterday. Then they rescheduled me for 11:30 AM without asking me about my availability. When I said this was not acceptable and that I had to cancel (see attached image), I received this response: "I'm Sorry [sic] for the inconvenience and like I said I thought I did texted you yesterday because I had to notify all my appointments for today and I think I missed to notify you" Would you take the chance on a service that was grossly late the first time and does not have either the courtesy, the organization, or the professional attitude that ought to come with a 5-star reviewed business? Then as months go by fast forward to now my paint has chipped off so much on both sides of my car. Still really happy with Wash Me Now and David and his team. Got a new car (IONIQ 6) and had them do a ceramic coating that will last a couple years. This is the first car I've had ceramic coating applied to, so I wasn't really sure what to expect. Weeks after application, the car truly repels dirt better than any wax job I've ever done. While nothing keeps a car from getting dirty eventually, with the ceramic coating it definitely takes longer to look like it needs to be washed. Very happy with this service and their team, plus the price was more reasonable than most places I contacted. I usually don't write reviews, but I feel compelled to share my experience. If you plan to use this service, I highly recommend scheduling only when you have plenty of free time. They were late twice without any notice, and I had to cancel both times. The company only offered mechanical apologies and excuses. And the reason I'm still giving two stars is that the people who actually provide the service were good. Back in May, I scheduled an appointment, but even after 30 minutes had passed, I received no text or call. Eventually, I got a message saying the previous customer's wash was running late and asking if I still wanted to wait. Since I was at home, I replied that I could wait if they could still make it today. After a long delay, they called again, saying it would take another 30 minutes to reach my place and that it was too late to come. They promised a promotion for the next time if I rescheduled. Frustrated but reluctant to find another provider, I booked another appointment. This time, they were supposed to arrive by 11:30 AM, but by 11:40 AM, no one had shown up. I texted them, and once again, they blamed the delay on another customer and offered a promotion if I waited. I asked them to cancel instead. When I declined rescheduling, they blamed me, claiming I had provided the wrong address. They even sent a screenshot of my booking details, but it was correct. I reminded them that I had already waited an hour previously and didn't want to hear more excuses. They said it was difficult to manage time and that's why they were offering a $70 promotion, which did little to alleviate my frustration.
