The car wash was fine but you need to bring some towels with you because the so-called blow dryer really doesn't do much at all. Lots of spots were missed in spite of Tons of suds and rinsing. Not as clean as I would like and it never got the windshield clean even with the guys scrubbing in the front. At least you get to vacuum the car once you pay for the wash, and the vacuums are fantastic. Super strong, did a great job on the dirty floors. Almost the reason to go there by itself. The vacuum is three dollars if you don't buy the car wash. It says there's a five minute limit, but I probably went way longer. Nobody complained. Just don't forget to bring some good towels with you cause you'll need to finish the job once it comes out of the "car wash". read more

I tried the $25 monthly basic car wash, the guy I spoke with was very friendly and helpful. I told him I have two cars and asked if the price included both cars, he said yes. He asked me for the make, model, license plate and year of my other car and asked if I could write it on the sheet he provided, I did. A few days later I brought my second car down for a car wash, the guy that assisted me "Jusu" is what he told me his name was, told me the offer is only for one car. I explained to him what the first gentleman told me when I purchased the monthly pass. He said "he would not have told you that". I said he did tell me that, and asked for my second car's make model and license plate. He insisted that his employee would not have told me that. I said well you were not here, and you are calling me a liar. Instead of offering me a refund, or a free one time wash, and or at least apologize for the misinformation, he insisted I was lying to him. This is carwash can get busy sometimes so show up a little earlier in the day before everyone gets off work. You have the option of choosing between three different washes. However, I have not noticed any difference between them and would recommend the cheapest or middle option. I appreciate that the vacuums they have are free but I would like them to be a bit stronger. They also offer Windex and paper towels which I think is pretty awesome overall I would recommend this car wash. Just don't expect to come out with a brand new vehicle, you have to put in the work and also do some touchups. read more

I come here all the time. I love this place. If you tip or politely ask they'll gladly give your car a good scrub down. I know, I know, "why should I tip when it's their job" well because money or kindness makes shit happen stupid. Hell, even a dollar/smile makes a difference. I highly doubt you'd be a "scrubbing go getter" if you had to stare at fat people in cars all day. All the complaints about this place seem to come from people with entitlement issues. If you can't afford to tip all three gentleman (I say gentleman because I haven't seent any ladies there yet) Simply be polite, and ask if they'll spray and scrub your car down before entering octopusland. They'll gladly do it. I've spoken to each of them a few times and they're good dudes. If having to vacuum your own car is a dealbreaker please don't reproduce. Seriously. Just clip them thangs off. I've been here a handful of times and the handwashing is hit or miss. The machine wash is a few times longer than the average gas station car wash. The best part is the free paper towels and window cleaner and vinegar for customers that go through the car wash. The machines do a decent job, but if you're looking for a deep clean, then you must go through with the paper towel. They sell the lint free towels for a couple of bucks but the paper towels do a fine job IMO. No one bothered me as I spent nearly an hour polishing my rims, cleaning every window inside and out (including the moon roof). The guy wanted to let me take my car through the machine again, but his manager was less accommodating. I didn't mind too much after I learned that the machine can't really polish the rims. The machines are great for polishing the tires but rims are tricky because they have so many crevices. read more

The employees seem depressed to be there. I can understand it may not be a fun job, but is it really necessary to be lazy with the wash? I drove my car out the wash and many parts were still dirty. Also, the dry was terrible. My car was basically soaked on the windows and on the roof which left water spots. I recommend not coming here unless you bring microfiber cloths to dry it yourself. The car was experience was, OK. Fair was, alright. Two guys use power sprayer to spray your car and then the machine does the rest of the work. After I drove out of the car wash, I still had dirty spots on my front bumper and on my side door. I drive a Honda Accord and my car didn't have any mud. Best thing about this car wash ? vacuum's. Don't have anything bad to say about this place! Decent prices for a full "automated" car wash. Most expensive wash is $14. You drive up, pay the attendant ( or give him your monthly pass card ) and he guides you into the staging area. 2 attendants give your car a quick pressure wash and work all the trouble spots with long car wash brushes. Then close your eyes and relax for a bit ( but don't forget to look for the "surfer" image on your windshield in the beginning, kids love it!). Once you're out of the wash, you'll need to have your own towel to finish up the drying process as the air blowers in the wash don't get it completely dry. Sam ( the owner ) has towels for sell, but you'd want to bring your own. There are dedicated spots for you to dry your car and vacuum the inside. This is all included with the wash price. Sam has also recently added window cleaner ( Windex ) and paper towels for you to use at the vacuum station. Overall, it's a great place for a quick wash. I got the unlimited pass and I've been going every few days to keep the car looking clean! read more

Terrible. They advertise as hand car wash, and they send your car through a machine, it leaves streaks, they don't even wipe down or dust the inside of your car, they just vacuum the floors that it. The lady behind the counter is horrible, she charges a $5 processing fee with card, which is illegal by visa/MasterCard standards, they have said customers should not be charged for using their services and if so, they will stop letting a business charge with their cards. Will be reporting this business to visa and MasterCard both to ensure they lose their rights to charge payments via card services, for adding processing fees for their own profit. read more

I remember when this used to be a full service car wash, so I was thrown off a little bit when I came into town and saw the new ownership. When I rolled up, there was one guy standing sorta near the entrance, but you couldn't really tell if he worked there or not because he wasn't in any sort of uniform. Came up and took my payment and I waited a second. As I'm waiting, I notice these other two dudes BS'ing and walking towards my vehicle - apparently they worked there as well since they each picked up a scrubber and semi swooshed it on my tires (that didn't do much, btw). Seriously disappointed with a $13 car wash that didn't even remove the bugs from the front of my vehicle nor did the car wash remove the debris from the rear of my vehicle. I have a 2017 VWGTI which is small and compact. When I arrived at the carwash there was only one attendant and he used a abrasive scrub on my clearcoat paint which I felt personally that it was scratching it and he did a very vague over scrub.... going through the wash I felt personally that I get the same or equal to from a Chevron drive-through that cost me eight dollars. My advice is to avoid this facility due to the fact that you can get the same wash from a gas station drive-through. read more

Worst car wash I have ever paid for! Came out and wiped the car DRY, they don't do that here. Had to use glass cleaner and towels supplied to clean off stuff the lame auto wash couldn't remove. Wheels looked like they have not been touched. Vacuums were the highlight, they were actually efficient. This is my second try here with 1 year between. Service is average. Staff performs requirements. As for wash itself. Very abrasive. I do NOT recommend running a dark colored vehicle through the wash. I purchased the month pass. I went through on two different occasions. Both times my vehicle came out with large marks from the wash. My wife's car is white, abrasion marks noted as well but not as noticeable. This is the best car wash I have ever been to! There were a few cars in front of me so I thought I might have a long wait, but not at all! The wash actually soaped up my entire car, which most other car washes I've been only spray soap at certain parts of the car. All of the wash prices are under $15 which is nice too; as well they offer monthly cards for frequent washers. My dog was entertained by all of the flashing colored lights during the wash as well. I liked that once the wash was done, there was no one trying to dry my car for tips, or getting in my way....which is a turnoff at other washes I've been to. I pulled up to the vacuum area and vacuumed my entire car. I'm a horse girl so I had hay and dirt everywhere....the vacuum could have had a little more suction, but for a car wash vacuum I was pleased enough. I was also very satisfied to find windex and paper towels at the vacuum station. I added a little more shine to my rims, got all my inside mirrors and windows...etc. I was actually at the vacuum station for quite a bit; no one rushed me or told me my time was up, etc. I much enjoyed that I could take my time in making the inside of my car look as good as the outside, for no extra charge. My car had been very dirty and I got the $12 wash....my car came out extremely clean. Overall all: I have already recommended this car wash to friends, and will most likely be getting one of the monthly pass cards! read more

I have taken my car to many drive thru car washes and my car has never looked so clean. I am very picky when it comes to my rims being cleaned. I get a lot of brake dust and this place removes all of it. In the past, at other car wash places, once I'd get home I'd have to hand clean them myself. What a treat I don't have to do that any more. Another perk... sometimes, one of the guys will come out and help with the additional hand drying of the car. I got the $14 package and it left my car very clean and shiny (although I still waxed my car by hand when I got home, but that's just me) I did get a bit worried as I was in the car wash since it was a bit bumpy at points. Used you for the last time today. I bought the Fantastic wash today. Not happy at all. The windshield was not completely cleaned. There were bugs still on the grill and mirrors. The guys working gave me an excuse the since it is an express wash that the owner tells them it is good enough. Sorry to say but I work at MCOE so I will be letting people know. I drove in with a small SUV and paid for the $14 car wash. I didn't realize until I was there that I personally would have to dry the vehicle since the blow dryers just do a partial job. So I drove home to dry the SUV. When I got home I found that the entire back end of the SUV including the window still had a substantial amount of dirt. The front grill area and windshield still had smashed bugs. The wheels were still dirty and only barely cleaner than they were before. There are car washes in town that for $18-$20 will have workers at the end of the automated car wash to dry the car, attend to those areas that didn't get clean (including the wheels) and clean the interior. My idea of a car wash is to leave the site with a clean car not with dirt that I have to spend time cleaning afterwards. This place make work for some people, but it doesn't for me. read more

I take my brand new Miata through here every week, at least once. The kids who work here are so nice; quiet but nice and efficient. I have the monthly card and it is definitely worth the price! The previous car wash took FOREVER to wash a car. This place gives you a sparkling clean car in a few minutes and adds in a stellar vacuum and paper towel station.
