$5.00 for a small load is outrageous. It said "fast wash" and it was - maybe 5 minutes, 10 at most. I asked the woman working there if they had hard water (I live where it is hard) so could jud ge how much soap to add. She had no clue what I was talking about The clothes were spun well and only took 3 quarters, 18 minutes, to dry which was nice. If ever back in the area I won't use them. I rarely need to use a laundromat, usually only while traveling. So upon entering a new laundromat facility, I am always a bit confused about how everything works - credit card, cash, soap, etc. There were several staff there and they were happy to help me figure things out as they have several different types of machines, some take cash, and some card. I was surprised by how friendly and helpful they were. Also, some regulars who were doing laundry seemed happy to chat with me as I was an out-of-towner. The rolling baskets were available for anyone's use and made it easy to move the laundry from washer to dryer. Since I don't do laundry often, I assume the prices are reasonable. It took us less than 90 minutes to wash and dry our laundry. There is plenty of parking. read more

Came here to wash clothes while camping. Arrived late afternoon on a Wednesday. A lot of the washers and dryers were broken. Given the number of people there, it was hard to get washers. A few worked but would but only take coins. It was clean, which is great. If I were to go back, I'd go earlier in the day and not on a weekend. read more

This is a decent laundromat. There are plenty of machines to use, and they are clean. The building itself is also clean and well kept. The change machines work and the machines can accept both change or a card. Staff was friendly. Downside is they don't allow customers to use their restroom as it's for "staff only." There is nothing nearby to use, as it's a mall strip with a cell phone company, nail salon, doctors office, etc. No businesses nearby have a public restroom. Both locations are not what they used to be, seems like all the washers are out of order and doesn't seem like the owner makes an attempt to get them fixed. Funny how their card readers are only swipe but not tap which makes no sense, but probably to save $$ on that function feature, also I'd be careful I have noticed when drying there have been times when I choose 12 mins and it only does 9 but I still get charged that extra quarter. I recently when to the one at Cascade Ave to dry a couple items literally 2 shirts for 12 mins and were still wet, literally left with them like that. And again at this location even the dryers were out of order. Looked around for the restroom and at both locations they were closed?? Are they out of order or trying to save up on cleaning supplies and TP? Overpriced for the cheap service provided. Owner needs to do better, otherwise I'm sure someone in town will get the idea to open another laundry mat. read more

this place started out five stars, but now machines are broken, wash cycles don't seem to actually scrub your clothes, dryers are broken, too many out of order or take quarters only broken machines. I suggest the owner spend less time and money doing some maintenance on his equipment, than golfing. It's easy to get comfortable when you're the monopoly in town, but that might not last. read more

Laundry was not bad, but we left my debit card there and suddenly a $6.00 charge went to $24.00. I cancelled the card after I discovered it missing. Not sure how it got bumped up like that. I did two double loads, wash and dry and my wife pulled out her card for the driers and for the other washing machine. read more

I have an automobile restore garage which generates a lot of super dirty laundry. They use Simple Green which biodegradable to perform the cleaning. The quality of the wash was great! A nice surprise. read more

I had to use a laundromat when I arrived here after a week in the Mt Hood wilderness. This place looks new and seems well kept however, the FREE wi-fi was long gone according to the attendant. She first gave me a password, then when it didn't work, she explained that it hasn't worked for a while. Huh? So then I started noticing things..... Why is the attendant always texting on her phone? Why is she chatting about boyfriend problems to a woman who took up almost all the counter space and chairs so I had to sit on a folding table to get off my feet? Why is a wash $2.75 on one machine and $3.00 on the next one? Why is the next door business's wi-fi recommended because theirs doesn't work. Perhaps somebody should write a review..... read more

Spacious, as other reviewers remarked. 14 washers. 14 driers. 6 chairs along metal bar table. 6 metal tables for folding clothes. Private nook to sit in near the attendant window. Security cameras inside. Child area with small TV. Flat screen TV above attendant window. Attendant is not always available. Window is shut when they are out. 3.00 is lowest setting to wash. .25 cents is lowest setting for drying. Take your time with the machine settings, if you haven't operated them before. If you don't, you may end up over-paying. Why 4 stars instead of 5? No attendant, so I felt nervous about someone stealing clothes from me. read more

We have been traveling in our RV for over a month. This has been the nicest laundromat we have stopped at. I called yesterday rather late to check on the parking as our we are 40 feet. I believe I was speaking to the owner who was very helpful and said to park on the west side of the adjacent Walmart and there were steps up to the plaza with the laundromat. Very convenient. There was an attendant on duty who was very helpful. Shocked that there were cc readers on each machine and they actually accept American Express. Bathroom was meticulous and store was very clean. I would definitely recommend this laundromat! read more

I was on a camping trip, and needed to do a quick load of laundry. The building was very clean, and had lots of washing machines. The washing machines cost $7, which was a little pricey. And the dryers were around a dollar for an average size load. The machines are fairly new, and all features contactless pay. No need for bringing your quarters. They had detergent you could purchase, but I brought my own. There was also an attendant there, who was constantly cleaning and helping customers. read more

THEY WILL STEAL YOUR ITEMS. If you pay them to wash larger quantities of items, don't count on getting all of your items back. They will NOT reimburse you for the "lost" items either. Which is illegal. Theft is always illegal. You don't drop your car off at a mechanic, and if it's "lost", just walk out without your car...or a reimbursement...but that's essentially what they expect you to do here. Absolutely NO accountability by staff. Extremely unprofessional. Unfortunately, this facility is virtually a monopoly, so there really aren't other options. read more

I liked it a lot, a nice compilation washer sizes, prices were standard for this area, machines worked well. Bleach method a little off for the big machines, it has you wait for a red blink light before you add bleach. Heard someone complain that they don't take credit cards, but you can pay with cc, you just have to go online, instructions are on the machines. Clean facilities, recently renovated, hope it stays nice, lol. Downsides: need internet access to pay via credit card, and highly recommend you do this because adding coins can be tedious, location is not the nicest (dirty landscaping). This is a very nice laundry mat. The machines are modern and work well. The facility is clean, offers free wi-fi, and a kid area. The cost is pretty much average and there is an attendant. Tip: if you need to do laundry here, go early! It's a busy place. read more

This operation has another UN STAFFED one on the Heights in HR near UPS & the Pita Restaurant. It sucks!!! A very nice Latino lady & her young son helped me. She spoke no English, but the young boy did. Sign on the wall "Free WIFI, forget it. TV? Forget it ... there is one, but not hooked up.I will not return to this dump. Eco Laundry was a filthy pit. I went on Saturday and it was not staffed, the toilet was filthy and the whole building was full of trash. I do think the same guy owns both locations and obviously doesn't care about the one on the Heights. I'm going to check out the one on Cascade and see if it's any better. I want my money back for the yuck factor. read more

Extremely unhappy with my experience at eco laundry. When I went to drop off my laundry the young girl had a child with her who was very obviously keeping her very unfocused from the customers, and when I went to send my friend to pick up my laundry for me while I was at work which was explained to the girl she didn't even give me my hamper back. So I suppose I'll be going back in the morning to not only get my hamper but to discuss why my laundry wasn't even bothered to be folded. read more

Best laundromat ever. I wish this place were my local laundromat at home, it puts my neighborhood place in SF to shame! It spacious and clean. The machines are new and efficient. Attendant was knowledgable and helpful when we had some questions. They have snacks and cheap (good!) coffee, too. Just what we needed as a stop on our camping road trip to clean up! This is the nicest laundromat I've ever seen. Very clean, very large. They have washers and dryers of every size, and the machines even take your credit card. The cheapest is the 18 pound washer. It was $3 for a quick wash. The machines go up to a huge 75 pound washer. It was $9 for the quick wash. Very new equipment and a very helpful, kind staff.
