I lived at Washington Park nine years. paying $1000 per month. Then ONE time, (nine years later mind you) I was late paying the rent and they started the eviction process on me. I had not been evicted before and when management said I had to go to court, so I could get caught up on payments... well that isn't how it went at all. (moved out 4/06) Now, thirteen years has gone by and I'm doing my name search, and my surprise! Dear Washington Park took it upon themselves to tarnish my name with "forced payment" (close to that anyway, meaning court) and then in a separate entry, they posted "forcible entry" too. (?,!) I find this thirteen years later! They make it sound as if I didn't move out quietly , prior to actual eviction, and as if I did something unlawful. If their libel was true, they would have put it on my credit report. Obviously Washington Park simply wanted to make me look bad! Washington Park at 6 Country Club Dr, is deceitful, and are liars. They will do anything to tarnish your name, and this is unethical business practices. Shame on you Washington Park. Janet read more

One star is being generous, the Managers at Washington Park Estates is the worst I've seen thus far. If you have a problem like Bed bugs, which they have in at least one apartment that I know about, it took almost a year to get rid of them, and not sure if they are still even gone yet, and that's because the Managers Jessica and Amanda don't know what they are doing and don't care, Good Luck!!!! read more
