Purchased a home in Bath built by Tetterton. The brick, framing, insulation, roofing, painting,…read morefoundation, HVAC, and custom cabinets construction is top notch--grade A+. The electrical is average with a B-. There are a couple mystery plugs and the light fixture over the kitchen sink is not positioned properly. The plumbing work is not good quailty. We found a shower drain cap not installed properly after using the shower several times the shower waste water ran from underneath the unit. The rain shower froze over the winter. The seal for one toilet leaked septic fumes in the house. Plumbing work is C- at best. The gutter work is C- because several runs were not nailed properly, and most of the joints leaked because not sealed. Lot grading is grade B because some areas water stands excessively
