We also have owned two hot tubs, and their knowledge of hot tub maintenance is some of the best we've experienced. Eubanks carries Baqua Spa products, AND also tests water for set up - both are RARE services that not many spa stores offer or have expertise on. I am grateful that this local store has supported Centralia for generations, as expertise on glass repair and hot tub maintenance are hard to find!

Recently I went to purchase spa supplies, one clerk was on the computer, the other was on his personal phone, no other customers were present, they did not look up, say hello, or respond to me in anyway. They almost seem surprised to see someone, as if I just walked in on their living room. It was odd. There is no customer service to be had at the store, I would recommend taking your business elsewhere.

It was over 90 degrees and I was not about to let it spread, so the husband started calling to places around Olympia as we were nearing the city. The first quote was for a place in Chehalis that had no website and 0 reviews. $80. The second place had good reviews. They couldn't fit us in. We called Jesse and he said come on in. $40. Sold! It's a nice little shop just off the freeway (101 or 5, I can't remember). Jesse was helping another customer but got to us as quick as he could. Came out to check out the chip and immediately had his co-worker bring my car to the back to cool down. Jesse explained the process and what we could do to maintain the repair. He said it would take at least 25 minutes because the glass was hot and had to cool down. We were offered cold bottled water. We chilled out on the big sofa. It was a crappy situation to be there, but it turned out to just be a nice detour. The crack was fixed and you can hardly tell it's there. No sun shade for this window's future! Recently, while replacing warped pickets, I noticed several issues: - Craftsmanship: The posts are not all plumb, leading to pickets being cut at slight angles. - Top Rail: A top rail near our gate was never fully attached to the fence post. - Leaning Post: The fence post next to our gate with the unattached rail has a slight lean, with angled pickets used to compensate. This is evidence they knew the rail was not attached. I contacted them one time when we were still under warranty about the warped pickets and what fence stain was used, but despite being promised a callback, I never heard back.

I had a great experience with A Glass Enterprise and would highly recommend giving them a call and…read morevisiting them the next time you're in need of glass products. We have some windows in the house that have small glass panes, creating a 3x3 grid; and two of the panes had significant cracks in them. We attempted to replace them ourselves but I measured the opening incorrectly and the new panes were a wee bit too big. I called a couple places to see what could be done, and these kind folks gave me the best explanation of what they could do, with the best price, and the quickest turnaround. I was hoping that they could just trim the glass down to the correct size; but they explained that because we had ordered tempered glass, they couldn't cut or sand it down (the tempering process would cause the glass to actually just shatter if they tried to cut it). So ... they were able to actually measure the opening and cut us the two new glass panes. And they did it that same day! And it was much, much less than what we originally paid for my mistakenly measured one. They were also less expensive and quicker than other glass companies I called in the area. I was able to wait in their store while they did the work ... it only took about 10-15 minutes! The gentleman that did the work for me was very friendly, efficient, and clear on his explanations. Also in their inventory you can find full windows and doors, along with hardware and the such that you'll need. While we are not currently in the market for that, I will give them a call when we are. Again ... if you are in the need of glass repair or replacements, give them a call or drop on in at A Glass Enterprise! You won't regret it!

I called in the next day (8/16) with the measurements and got someone different, he provided me with a rough quote, and told me he doesn't do the scheduling but would hand it over to Jennifer and they would call me. No call back. I called in the again next day (8/17), spoke to the same person who once again said he would have Jennifer call me. I am out of state and on a timeline, and just can't keep waiting. Update: have finally received a call back and an appointment scheduled for this Friday 8/26. Will update and adjust review further if warranted. Update 2: Could not get any sort of confirmation that the measurement appointment occurred, once again am unable to get any sort of a call back. Extremely disappointed in the lack of professionalism and follow-through. I have no choice but to move on with a different company.

I used this company a few years ago for a move and it went OK. The rate was good and they did a…read moredecent job although I asked their movers to mask because we are immune compromised and one of them removed her mask right in our faces while we were paying which I did not appreciate and was dangerous. This time the crew was 45 minutes late because they went to the wrong address during the first part of the move despite me being very clear, repeatedly, where to go. That was very inconvenient and my mom had to wait around in her car outside a storage unit while I kept having to message to ask what was going on and barely got a response. I received the final invoice and paid it immediately with a nice tip anyway. A couple days later I started getting a bunch of emails from the company saying that I hadn't paid. I sent them a screenshot of the $0 invoice balance and the transaction on my credit card. It had the name of the owner and a transaction ID and their ZIP Code. They continued to message me every few days saying we didn't get your payment, you must've sent it to the wrong place, they even sent me another invoice like they expected me to pay again. I kept telling them to check in on their side and that I didn't know what else to do. I provided ample screenshots showing that I paid and they kept blaming me and trying to bill me again. I finally filed a dispute with my credit card company which was painful because I'm disabled and making phone calls hurts me. I didn't know what else to do because this is not a small bill and the company wouldn't stop bothering me. Finally they made a call themselves and immediately sorted it out which they could've done in the first place and then they apologized to me and said yes you did pay right away it was an error on our end. This was a complete waste of time and completely unprofessional. It's not appropriate to harass a customer who paid, who has clear evidence of paying, instead of just doing your due diligence and trying to resolve the issue without making me feel doubted and blamed for days. I can't recommend this company and I'm very angry about the way I was treated. Harassed for something that wasn't my fault at all and that they could've resolved with one quick phone call on their end instead of bothering me when I had just moved and they know I'm disabled. Avoid this company.

Another thing I like is how Mindy knows my name every time I call. It's like they know me on a personal basis, making me feel more comfortable and treats me like we're friends.
