The first thing I notice was a homeless person in the parking lot singing his heart out, which kind of scared me but I decided to go in anyway. I walked inside without my laundry just to make sure I felt safe. It looked clean enough so I went back out to my car to get my laundry. When I came back in the attendant very rudely asked if I'd been smoking in the bathroom. I laughed and told her I didn't even have cigarettes. She said " No, something else!" I was flabbergasted!! I had just walked inside and she told me I had to leave because she wouldn't tolerate my drug use! My head is spinning I'm so angry ! Apparently, this is a problem and judging by the neighborhood I'm not surprised. Take my advice. Drive a little further. I'm only giving one star because I'm grateful I didn't get stabbed!

That has all changed since the new owners have purchased it. It is apparent that their new priority is now on their linen supply to vacation rentals and the maintenance of the laundry washers and dryers "is the lowest thing on their list of priorities". Over the past month(s), I have witnessed a steady decline in working washers. Out of all the washers, only about 75% of them did not have an 'out of order' sign on them, during my last visit. I would have given this review a 1-star rating, except for the attendant lady who struggles to keep the place clean and clutter-free. She is constantly picking up and wiping out washers & dryers for pet hair and debris. All while trying to keep a positive attitude in a declining environment. Update: It has been 1 month since I posted my first review. As you can see from my recent photos, the same washers have still not been repaired! Out of 20 washers, 5 of them are out of order!
