It was a bit disappointing and very inconvenient that the WASHERS ONLY ACCEPT 25¢ and $1 coins. The DRYERS and Triple Load WASHERS ONLY ACCEPT 25¢ coins. But They have a functioning Change dispensing machine on site. Also, there are no instructions or guides on how to use each type of machine (especially the triple load washers). So, a first time user will be super confused. This isn't helped by the lack of staff on site. They have a secure Free WiFi and a TV that's on sometimes - though the channels are not my taste. There were brooms around to allow you clean up after yourself. Helpful. They also have a soap, bleach and softener dispenser on site (at extra cost). Along with a snack and soda machine. Just pray it doesn't steal your coins. I can't recommend the business because in addition to a few issues above, the owner is a little inappropriate or disrespectful in attitude when they do show up. Not a good thing considering the laundry is located in a religious Jewish neighbourhood with families. They recently added professional laundry/dry-cleaning services where you submit your clothes to the staff and they do a professional wash.

I spent about 10 minutes in the cramped building looking for a sign for the wifi until eventually I called their number. The woman who picked up was rude in that lazy, I don't give a shit attitude as she asked me which coin laundry I was in. After telling her she said that it first didn't work and then that it was taken away because people were abusing it. The inconsistency of her story convinced me that it was never available at this location. When I highlighted that they were advertising as having wifi online she acted disinterested and informed me that it was no problem. I guess I wouldn't have had as much of a problem with this if I a) hadn't been lied to and b) was treated like shot when I asked about it. Addition; A minute after writing this review in the laundromat a tile fell off the wall next to me.

Laundromat is always very clean. They have a sufficiently wide range of washers (Small/Double Load…read more@ $3 per load. Medium/Triple load @ $4 per load. Maxi loaders @ $5.50 per load). The space/walkway is fairly narrow which might be a problem considering the place is always crowded, even on weekdays. They have a fairly high number of tables but they are placed in the crowded walkway too. They also have very few chairs and laundry baskets. Their hours are great (6:30am or even 5:30am in the Summer all the way to 11:30pm). There's an ATM (but it DOESN'T work). Other useful things on site are Vending machines for snacks/beverages, Change machine/dispenser, Washing sink, Dispenser for detergents/bleach/softner/laundry bag ($1 each) and Wi-Fi (but the WiFi is super slow or even non-functional a lot of times. You migh as well just use your mobile data). The washroom is closed due to Covid-19..

This laundromat, plus wash-and-fold did exceptional work from start to finish! They picked up my loads in a timely manner, and brought them back just as quickly. Everything was folded beautifully, but what pleased me the most was how my garments and other washables were separated according to category - like a bag for tops, a bag for pants, a bag for sheets etc., Sarah, Nicole and Gary are also very friendly and helpful.
