I particularly asked this funeral home if they did the thumb prints of loved ones. Replied YES. After getting the run around for the past month I was finally told the equipment they were sent malfunctioned so we along with 5 other families won't be getting the print we were promised. Not to worry I was told they are getting the equipment replaced. We had family time scheduled from noon to 1pm for moms funeral. Needless to say they dropped the ball in that also. Our Pastor called them a noon to let them know family time had started and still no body. Very poor service. read more

They dont open doors, they dont allow drinks, they dont allow food, they dont have a room that you can escape to or let your kids burn out their energy, they dont have anywhere private you can go, they dont have a tv or media outlet for picture slide shows or videos memorials. They do have comfortable couches, clean elegant viewing parlor, drinking fountain with paper cups, decent bathrooms. Unfortunately all the things they dont have add up to quite a lot. This is as bare bones/no frills/bare minimum that you can get. Nobody went out of their way to even ask if we needed anything at any point during the day. The greeter sat on a chair in the hallway with a grumpy face and watched people walk in. It could have been worse, at least nobody was rude to us like i read in the other comments. I cant leave a good review though as i like having all the stuff they dont offer. Could i just get a self serve cup of coffee at least? Come on... never coming back. read more

I usually gave 3 stars when I have nothing to complaint. When I notified the funeral home staff on the wrong map location, he said there is nothing he can do. I simply report it as an issue on Apple map and the staff didn't even want to try to attempt it. No wonder this place has been getting 1 star review. read more

My dad was walking out of the viewing room to find the restroom. The fat tall guy working there just sitting in a chair at the entrance said "Sir can I Help you?" As my dad was walking around the corner. My dad replied with I was looking for the restroom. The tall guy sitting in the chair said "it's right through here" "you mean to tell me you've been here all day and didn't know where the restroom was". My dad said nope I just found out. What an ass hole he was!! My family is there for a loved one and this guy is sitting on his ass no opening doors nothing. This place was awful no coffee n mints no nothing but paper cups at a drinking fountain. When you spend 8 hours there you should be able to bring something or have mints and coffee available to the family. I will never come back. Would avoid this place at all costs. read more

They were awesome in helping us during a terrible time. Efficient and caring. I'm only giving 4 out of 5 stars because I truly feel they should at least allow coffee in the funeral home. It's a long taxing day and coffee-water should be brought in ( allowed). It's difficult to rate as it's always a hard time so I think people should take the negative reviews with a grain of salt. read more

This funeral home is family owned and unfortunately we had to pay our respects once again. They have taken extraordinary care of family and friends over the years. I'm so glad they are a part of our community. read more

They make you give one :-( My mother was laid out here last week; I couldn't agree more with the Solder from 9/15. our experience was much the same, No food or beverages allowed; and when we asked the response was rude like we were an inconvenienceto them. I didn't have anything to do with using them or I would have gone to a wonderful place like Lee-Elena; those people know how to treat a grieving family. We couldn't get the person assigned at the door to open it for my 85 year old aunt dragging her oxygen tank behind her. I am incredibly disappointed with this funeral home. This is suppose to be a time of comforting and helping families who have lost their loved ones feel comfortable. It started when a family friend ordered subs and bottled water for the family the day of the wake. When I called the funeral home to see where we could have these they instructed us there is not an extra room for the family to "get away" and they do not allow any food or beverage. They do not even offer coffee or tea. I thought that was very odd as every other funeral home I have ever been to has these accommodations. I was instructed to call and speak with the owner the next day. When I called and spoke to the owner Patricia she was very rude. She told me "if I can get my construction workers to build a room by tonight I will" I felt this was extremely unprofessional condescending remark. As a provider who cares for people dying I could not recommend this funeral home simply for their lack of professionalism and respect, despite their rules (which are their rules and will be respected when explained in a professional and respectful manner). Unfortunately, I am giving this review today as I feel in people's time of grieving the way you speak with them and how you show empathy is of the utmost importance. read more
