We receive a visit within 24 hours of making the call and more often than not, it's the same day. All the team go the extra mile and accommodate our requests of "can you please just take a look at another issue while you're here...!!" with good grace. They follow up within a couple of days to make sure that whatever they did has worked and leave a work area clean, tidy and more importantly, pest free. As a company, we have been approached by other companies offering a similar service but it is testament to the Cleankill team (and management) that we have been with them for ten years and have no intention of moving elsewhere..............

However, the representative did not turn up for the appointment. Rang him twice on the day of the appointment, did not receive any response. Rang the 'ermergency' number provided by the head office voice mail, still no response. Seems office only open Monday to Friday 9-5pm, so any problems in between, you are stuck. Out of desperation of our situation I ran another pest control company who made a visit to us within two hours (on a Saturday) and treatment started same day.

Since Graham visited i can honestly say we haven't seen any trace of a single rat - amazing. The second time we used the services of Rapid Pest Control was at home. We have three young children and suddenly found a huge wasps nest (with some very angry wasps). Because we have young children Graham came out straight away that evening, he dealt with the nest so fast and again we have not had a return from these pests at all. I reached out to Roger one Sunday evening having found what a neighbour said were carpenter ants in…read moremy flat. Roger spoke to me at length on the phone and asked me to try to obtain a picture so that he could identify what it was so that he could tell me over the phone (at no cost) before I could decide what action to take. Very late that same evening, I managed to send Roger the picture and he could identify it straight away as being a German cockroach. Roger could tell how worried/distressed I was on the phone and offered to come over. He was punctual, extremely polite and very reassuring. He talked me through the process and explained how I shouldn't be alarmed but warned that there was a chance I would find a few dead ones over the coming days. No question was a silly one for Roger. He was extremely patient with me and available late in the evening/at weekend and worked around when it was convenient for me. True to his word, I did find a couple of dead cockroaches but the problem seems to have resolved itself. I have absolutely no hesitation in recommending Roger for being so honest and reliable. The "after sales" care has been wonderful and he has proven that he is just at the other end of the phone if you need him.
