The employee that day was an hour late to work. We called the emergency number. It took maintenance 2 hours to arrive with bolt cutters to remove the unauthorized lock. All the while we had movers just sitting there that we had to pay by the hour. No apologies, no reimbursements, no nothing but attitude. Local management never returned any of my calls and corporate wasn't much better. I'll never use or recommend this place again which is sad because the beginning was so great.

I fell for all the 5 star reviews they heavily advertise but this was my 11th move of which 6 of those involved storage and it was the worst experience I've had. Very likable staff and hard working but the packers and storage was atrocious. So much damage and obvious packing errors I was shocked. I guess I should be thankful this is the only bad experience over the years but this was enough to last a lifetime. Packing was so bad it has to be poor training. Never again will I use them or recommend them.
