Our Buisness had service with the waste management for over 10 years. If I knew how badly they treat their customers once they realised that they are not going to have them as a customer. They do not have any curtsy for the Buisness which remain loyal to them for all these years. When I called in to cancel they never told us that there is over 300.00 removal charge. They are pulling out money from my account charges that we never had before. There customer service is also not helpful and do not even review the account and try to give the non sense answers for additional charges. read more

Again, Waste Management doesn't do their job as paid. Their poor service and substandard customer experience is what they are best known for. I have attempted numerous times to speak with a supervisor or anyone that can assist me with my service has never been a success. I have left my contact information with a representative to have someone contact me, but again this only confirms that customers with concerns of poor service are to be ignored. This company is an example of how big corporations just want your money and not provide quality service. This is not an isolated incident, they never return calls. Like most Americans, I've had to deal with companies that provide poor service. Waste management is probably the worse company for any customer. The fact that the service they provide is actually essential does not seem a major concern for this company. I have tried numerous times to get their employees to do their job with little to no success. At this point, it has been 2 weeks since their last garbage pick up. And I'm paying for this service. I have called them several times and I've received lip service and poor attitude.... I've been placed on hold numerous times. In order to receive the service that I paid for, I have had to call the city council, city manager, and threaten to file a complaint with the state attorney general. If this company has a contract with your city, ask your city council and city manager to not renew their contract. Your neighbors will thank you for it. I believe it's time that we, as consumers, work together to ensure that we receive the services we pay for. read more
