I recently paid full price for a time piece and followed their instructions completely for a Global Blue refund. They missed an important detail about keeping the original box and it hindered me from receiving the refund (I didn't keep it because I was backpacking). I asked for help to send me a box; they asked for €290. How petty. Sure, this is a profit-based company, but when you spend this kind of money, it's poor taste to have a customer pay for the company's poor advisement. After contacting the representatives that assisted with my purchase, Johanna and Adrian, for help - they wanted more money. What's worse, they never even checked back to see how things were going or offer any reasonable help after I explained the predicament THEY put me in. In this type of industry, they don't represent the excellent service standards expected. Not elite, not excellent, not even worthy of an honorable mention. When your transaction is complete at this business, they will smile and give you their business card. But it's worthless because trying to ask for help after you leave the store is impossible. If you don't care about money, give them your business.

Large contingent of food trucks. Some with draft beer. Popular with locals and the dreaded tourists. But tourists probably spending the most dough here. So don't hate.
