The people who work here aren't bad, but the customer service structure seems non-existent. I misplaced a bill...yes I know it's my fault, but I tried calling ABC water about a dozen times to see how much it was. To no prevail, I continuously got an automated message which doesn't give you an option to speak an operator. All this messaging system does is give you a number to call for a water emergency, or give you the choice to enter an extension number...... Problem being, if you're like me and don't know anyone's extension, then you just get hung up on! Utility companies are still serving people, and those people are their customers. This major flaw should be address right away. read more
