It rained that night and there was no leak anymore. not sure why the different opinions. Once they gave the quote and I accepted, the wait for them to come do the work was a few weeks. I needed gutters on the back of my house badly because the water collects at one point and pours in front of my back door making water come in the home if there's a big rain. Once the day came for them to come out and do the work, they were on time and super friendly! Most importantly, the work was professional. I didn't expect them to do some of the work they did. His pricing was very competitive and included upgrades like using a 6" gutter instead of 4". I asked to get on his schedule and he had an opening just a few days later! Even though his helper didn't show, Miles did and got right to work. This was a two day job and Miles worked non-stop to finish. The final result is outstanding. The gutters really makes the house look so much nicer. Miles was very thoughtful with symmetry and placement of the down spouts too! I couldn't be happier. He offered me a card, and gave me what I deemed to be a fair price. I asked him if he could do the work immediately, which he agreed to. As he was finishing, he showed me one downspout with roots growing up into it, which caused a complete blockage, which he then repaired. He informed me that he had inspected all of the other downspouts and they were clear. He was very efficient, and I will call him again.
