This was the worst experience I have ever gone through. On 10/22/21 I decided to go through this establishment. My door/window was banged on. I was yelled at I got completely soaked. Manager was not helpful. I called other store to see about getting hold of owner as I wanted my money back. Been here before, service was crap the girl taking money didn't want to take it because it was quarters. She said that the machine don't take coins and I would have to exit out and cash my coins at near by gas station and get back in line with dollars. I asked her show me the sign that says dollars only when you first get in line, once I see that I will exit. Sign was never shown to me so I sent my nephew to the near by gas station to get dollars all while holding up the line. I felt like an ass hole but I knew I wasn't being petty. read more

I have been thru this car wash about 4 times since and each time I still have soap on my car and it's not as clean as it use to be before they changed everything. I was very happy when they opened a legit car wash close to home. It's location is great at the gas station. I usually do not like to spend to much on a regular car wash since most of the time bird droppings don't entirely come off. When they first opened the basic wash was only $5 which was a great price for the job that was done. It includes a free vacuum that was unlimited. The $10 ultimate wash includes a tires shine, wash wax, colorful soap, shine for the car, two scents . Now a few things have changed the basic wash is now $7 and the vacuum is limited to ten minutes. Because of this I now rather upgrade to the $10 ultimate wash. With this being said I still enjoy this car wash but only for the $10 wash, I do not believe the $7 is worth is when you can easily upgrade for 3 more dollars. Staff is friendly and this place is very accessible to me. read more

This place has really gone downhill. Today, no attendant was near the two self-service "buy the wash of your choice"stations and the one I pulled up to did not work at all. The other station would not take my credit card and, after taking two bills, stopped taking the remaining ones. An attendant finally emerged from somewhere and asked me for my credit card. The machine finally accepted payment after the attendant slid the card in backwards (i.e., contrary to the instructions on the station. Then, as my car was pulled though the series of sprays, flopping and spinning cloths, two of these gizmos did not deploy, giving me less than I got a month ago. And my car came out dripping water instead of dry. This is a bad deal and I'm not going back. read more

I love Water Drops. For only $5 or $10 you get a nice drive through car wash that does an amazing job removing dirt and leaves my truck nice and shiny. And to make things even better you get free vacuum. At the paying station you get a free wonder wafers scent of your scent of your choice. The employees are nice and very helpful and eager to assist you. I been to other drive trough car washes and this one does the best job at drying your car specially if you do the $10 dollars because it doesn't only air dry it but it also dries it with a mechanical shammy. After you are doing washing it you park in any of the available stations and you vacuum it for free. They have vacuums on each side of the vehicle for easy reach and even though the sign says 5 minute vacuum free the vacuums are actually on the entire time allowing you to take your time and thoroughly vacuum the inside of your vehicle. Next to the vacuum they also have small air blowing guns that allow you to blow dust out of the gaps and air vents in your vehicle. And if you want to give your car an extra touch they have a vending machine system that allow you to buy cleaning cloths and armor all for a buck. All this for only $5 or $10 plus optional accessories. I used to take my car to the Costco car wash which also does a great job washing the car but for 7.99 that is all you get a car wash. I have been using this car wash for a while now for my Ford F-250. Not anymore. Today when exiting the bay, the last roller just did a number to my left wiper blade assembly. As the roller came over it sounded louder than normal. It promptly ripped out completely the left wiper. It broke and bent the entire arm then ejected it into the bay. I called them to speak with a manager and they said Maria was not available. I will keep calling until she is.Not certain what this will cost me but I'm pissed! I have been coming here for awhile and it's a hit and miss. Today I took my Mercedes in, paid the $10 bucks and 1/2 way through with the rinsing it's barely working. Then the blowers start blowing the soap residue all over my car. At the end the brushes barely touch my car and it's still wet. So I go back around wanting them to redo it. The girl tried to tell me she saw the brushes come down. I'm like really if you saw them then why is the front and back of my car still wet. I'm told they need to get a manager where the manager says to have me pull out and they will towel it dry for me. Really? Their customer service needs a lot of work. I'll pay a few more dollars and have it hand washed each week. Waterdrops you need to get your act together and fix your problems. read more

So this place is convenient for me sometimes cause it's not far. It's a decent car wash if you are in a hurry . Prices isn't that bad there are two choices. The $7 or the $10 might as well go for 10 lol but it doesn't clean the car fully because the car will still be dirty and you would have to hand clean it. The plus side the vacuums are free to use . I went to get my car washed around 8:30 pm the other night after work and I paid for the $14 wash. I didn't notice until I got home that the rear of my car was still dirty. They close at 9 pm so I didn't have time to go back for a rewash. The next morning I called when they opened and spoke with a woman who told me that they usually only do rewashes the same day as the original wash (which I understand) but I had to argue that they were already closed by the time I got home. She sounded annoyed and told me that I could come in for a rewash this time. Even though the customer service wasn't the best I thanked her and then she hung up on me?? I didn't see any point to call back after this. I just went back for a rewash shortly after but they only gave me the cheapest wash and not the $14 wash that I had originally paid for... and my car was STILL dirty after going through that second time. I also noticed that the brushes that are supposed to help dry your car don't work so when you exit the wash your car has a bunch of water marks left on it. read more
