Now, passed down 4 generations later, and with over 300 lots, Maple Square has grown into a beautiful community that we know they would be so proud of! We have hired new management for the office, and just last week, we hired new maintenance. Just about all of the owners are residents and living in the park. And the few that aren't are within walking distance. We are all very active within the community. There's a group on the Nextdoor app for residents to join. It is handled by the owners, not management. We want to know what's going on.. the good and the bad! This is more than a Mobile Home Park for us. This is our home as well. We have all grown up here. Harry and Edna (my great grandparents) to Ray and Rose (my grandparents) to Russell and Terrie (my dad and my aunt), to me, my siblings and cousins (all 6 of us), to my children who have thier own homes in the park! This community will be forever in our family. Passed down to the next generation like it was passed down to us and so on.. We have the lowest lot rent in the area. Lot rent includes trash, water, and basic cable. We run background checks on all applicants to ensure the safety of current residents. We come to look at the mobile home and her story is that they already have a buyer but want to have a backup buyer for if it falls through. She told us that it's worth more than the appraisal will say because they've had their own appraisal. She asked if we had $20,000 to pay out of pocket, so they can try to get extra money. She said they are asking for $20,000 more than the appraisal amount
