The row of oak trees in front of the business almost hides it, so keep alert and watch for the sign on the south side of the road. I have been a client of Ferrellgas since February of 2002 when it was still called RGV Gas. Ferrellgas took over a couple of years ago, but I have dealt with the same people and have consistently received good service from them all this time. My review of Ferrellgas is based on my experience in purchasing a 10 gallon portable tank, and coming in for refills every 4 months or so. The only thing for which I neede propane our stove, so a 300 gallon tank is overkill. However, Ferrellgas also offer large stationary tanks and home tank service for those who want or need it. I enjoy the consistency in service and hours of operation. The friendly staff is also a plus. The office is pleasant and professional. The prices are reasonable and fair. There was once I was in a bind over a long weekend while Ferrellgas was closed (I had forgotten to check the levels in a while.). I found another place that was open, but that tried to con me into buying things I don't need. That never happens at Ferrellgas. Just a good product, good prices and good people.

He had been working on the downstairs unit all morning until Rey came out and assisted with the upstairs unit. Why did we get charged for all that time if it wasn't on his work log? A week later we continued to have issues. Rey and his trainee were the ones that noticed that Norman didn't fix the issue. They had supposedly fixed the issue that day but here we are again with the same issue. Nothing has been fixed properly but charged correctly. We trusted that you guys would fix everything especially with the amount we were charged. Not only am I still having issue, but your operator was unprofessional and rude. We were given incorrect pricing on parts and service. She was very quickly wanting to deduct the difference from Reys check for the misinformation. She even stated on the call multiple times that there was a lot of misinformation given to us and she would provide feedback to them.

Installation was approved by city before I called. They keep passing the ball between their staff, and keep promising a supervisor would call me back, then they LOOSE NOTES on my previous calls. I even emailed ONEOK, Inc., their parent company. I'm just about to call the news to expose them as how terrible they are. I AM FURIOUS!! This company just does not know how to conduct business. TERRIBLE!! I gotta give credit to the staff, they are very courteous, but it stops there. Notes are lost, calls are not returned, promises are broken every single time.
