We have been getting water at this store for as long as it has been open. Over the years it has gone through at least 3 owners. The service has always been good. We go through 12 gallons of water for mostly coffee and tea every two weeks. The coffee just tastes better with their water over city water. The new owners have been fixing the place up and putting in some new products to make the store more attractive. Their efforts show. I will be getting my water at their store as long as they are there or I am here. I believe in supporting local owned businesses as it helps our city and community. read more

Frequent this store to buy ice. Been purchasing anywhere from 5 to 10 large bags weekly. Unfortunately, the price of ice keeps rapidly increasing. It has gone from $2 to $2.50 to now $3 a bag. Unfortunately, I will take my business elsewhere. Positives: the place is always clean, No issues with customer service. They have a large plexiglass around the counter so COVID warriors should feel comfortable, but not sure if they will. Again, this establishment has lost my business strictly to the fact of the rapid price increase for ice. read more

IONIZED WATER Available! I LOVE this Water N' Ice store. It's ran by a very nice Vietnamese family and they're the ONLY store that I've seen in the valley that offers Ionized Water with a TYENT USA Water Ionizer. read more

I enjoy coming to this store. They are always polite and give good service. I would recommend this water store over others I have been to here in the valley. The store is always clean and I am always greeted with a smile. It is in a convenient location so you can get other things done while here. Not much else to say. read more

Unfortunately the last owner passed away over a year ago. He was originally from Greece and Vietnam veteran who loved this country nice guy . He seemed that he was worried about who would take over his business after his death. Fortunately he found a family who has improved his business and taking it to another level. Very friendly makes you feel like you're part of the family and very clean establishment . Compared to other water and ice around the the area their prices are very reasonable. A good place to bring your kids or team for a treat of Thrifty ice cream and snow cones another treats. The water and ice is very pure. They always receive a high rating from the Health Board . the only place I buy ice in town is from here. read more
