I arrived 20 minutes early and upon checkin was told I scheduled a televisit not a regular visit and there was no room to be seen as a new patient. What I find frustrating is that I could have saved the 1.5 drive (round trip) if the person had noticed yesterday when they called! They clearly saw I was a new patient. Being there and told they were too busy to see me today was upsetting. I took time off work and waited two weeks for this appointment. Traffic was worse than normal so we arrived at 11:20a. We walked in and my wife nicely greeted the staff and said she wanted to do a walk in appt. The white blonde hair lady behind the receptionist desk was immediately rude and snapped that we were too late for walk ins and we would have to return at 1:30p. So we wasted our time driving 45min here and being treated and spoken to like trash. This place will never receive our business again and I would not recommend this place. I don't give business to businesses that have zero customer service skills and are rude like this woman was. Maybe you should reevaluate your staff if you actually want business from anyone in the future.
