I live in Poole but also rent a house put in Bournemouth and a long story short the previous…read moretenants left my house in a shocking condition, there was rubbish everywhere... even dirty nappies, I just couldn't believe it. I work a lot and cleaning the house was not an option as it would of easily took me more than 3 days on my own and for each day my property wasn't be viewed by potential tenants I was losing money. I rang this company and I'm glad I did, they cleared all the horrid rubbish and even the vile nappy's within a few hours using a team of 3. The staff were polite and just got on with it. I would be rewarding 5/5 but the service was a little more expensive than I had hoped for.

I only have one negative thing - had little bit of trouble getting packing boxes. They brought round a few, but then when we needed more (admit I was getting bit stressy as time was drawing near), and they were a bit difficult to get hold of. Although I believe that two factors contributed to this (1) extremely busy, and (2) had problems with their box supplier. They did their best though to ensure move went smoothly on the day.
