He said that I probably would find Russian men in the sauna which I did, 2 of them (apparently Russians love saunas which is cool...haha). I am writing this review a year later, in Feb. 2025. A day pass cost me about $10, if I can remember correctly. I like that this option exists because I don't have to join as a member to use the gym and sauna. GYM/POOL/SAUNA -- At the upstairs gym, I used the stair master and walking track. I also noticed that they have a weights room downstairs but I didn't use it because I didn't have a lot of time. I then used the sauna and steam room downstairs. I stayed in the sauna for about 10 mins and I stayed in the steam room for about 5 mins. The sauna is very small but manageable. There were 3 men in there when I entered. I appreciate that there is a camera inside incase of any emergencies. The steam room is a bit bigger which felt nice. It feels good to be spaced out between people. TIPS -- I recommend bringing a towel to sit on while you're in the Sauna and Steam room. Bring a water bottle too. Also, bring a padlock and key to lock your bag and clothes in the changing room (locker room). I didn't bring a lock because I didn't realize that I would need one so I carried my wallet with me while I used the gym and sauna. Now that it is winter as I'm writing this review, I want to return to the sauna and steam room. The whole gym and pool/sauna area gets very crowded so I recommend that you arrive early. Not sure how well lit their parking lot would be at night and you may feel a little nervous until you get inside. The interior is a much larger space than I thought it looked from the exterior. I believe there are two break rooms so you could be breaking next door to another group at the same time. It's partitioned very well so you shouldn't see their debris flying into your space but you will likely hear their "rage" (laughter and breaking). The owner was super nice and a great conversationalist. She provided us a music genre of our choice in our room and an extra bonus box of beer bottles. She also provided us with gloves and a face shield for safety. My reservation was for a whole hour but smashing 3 boxes of items and chatting with the owner might have only taken us 25 mins. She offered us more smashables for very reasonable prices but as middle aged adults we assumed our throwing arms might be sore in the a.m. It was so fun and we laughed a lot together. Great short little date. I brought home a Santa tea cup as a souvenir from our box. Didn't have the heart to smash him and his reindeers. Overall, GREAT experience. I wish this business well. I immediately got my family out, but shockingly, they continued children's swimming lessons in that same pool, exposing everyone to potential infections and harmful bacteria like E. coli. I was very surprised, as the staff usually reacts strongly to smaller issues. For example, when I first signed up, one of the female staff members, a very thin brunette, aggressively and disrespectfully yelled at my family and another woman with her daughter over a simple mistake--we brought a floaty, unaware it wasn't allowed. We aren't allowed to use noodles or dive with goggles unless we're paying for swimming lessons. How does that make sense? While some staff members are nice, others act like we're uninvited, unwelcome guests in their house, enforcing unnecessary and unreasonable rules in a rude and bossy manner. This is the first pool I've ever been to where noodles are banned, but apparently, swimming with dead birds is okay. I gave 2 stars because the pool is really beautiful and the water is often warm and pleasant. Too bad for everything else.

They have several squat racks, plate loaded machines, and separate rooms for cardio equipment. The front desk staff are helpful and friendly.
