I was looking for a touch-less carwash solution but it seems this doesn't exist in and around PCB so I went with this one since it seemed the least abrasive and looked to be in really good condition. The staff here was quick to greet me as I pulled up to the kiosk to pick my wash and pay. After seeing the coverage they offered to prewash and brush the areas affected but I tactfully refused the offer and decided to let the automation handle the problem. This wash bay isn't very long and my truck was in and out in just a few minutes but it did have good water pressure and plenty of chemicals to attack the crap. After exiting the wash I decided to inspect the results and take advantage of the free vacuum, they also had carts with glass cleaner and soft clothes so I used these as well - the auto-wash did a great job and I was happy for the price. I'd use these guys again...

This Panama City location is nasty on Monday I came here the vacuum area was nasty with dirt sand it was so bad I had to put one of the rags into my car and hope my feet.. I came back on Friday it was actually worse from the sand was still there, bottle caps ink pen cartridges, a candy wrapper. I was really surprised by this because of the cleanliness of other locations I've been to. Otherwise I've had know other issues.

It turns out there was only one gentleman available at the facility, he was very nice and even offered to help with the exterior of the car, but I want to reiterate they don't have anyone during the week to do anything exterior on the car. So even though the sigh said all the right things to make you think that you were not only going to get the wash and wipe down on the outside of the car, but that you were going to get vacuuming and inside cleaning and the dash done on the inside. This did not happen. they just do the outside wash and you take off, soap and all. No windows, no dash, no vacuuming. This was the ultimate rip off and I will not go back. I will say thank you again to the one gentleman who is working there. Please don't waste your money there anymore.

Well, I had already spokem to her. I actually targeted this gas station (rather than get gas in town) because the 40ft DIGITAL sign said $3.31 per gallon. I get to the pump and it is impossible to bypass the 3.61 per gallon (price for an added carwash. I don't do carwashes ... ) so i went inside to talk to the personnel. She said "Oh, that promotion doesn't work." I asked her what? Wondering what that meant - with regards to a digital sign towering over Panama City Beach Parkway that clearly says 3.31 REgular. She repeated "that promotion doesn't work). I needed gas, and so pumped @ $3.61 and thought what the heck does that mean? Surely a digital display can be changed WHILE we're TALKING!... no? This property is new, beautiful and the market is half the size of Publix (I exaggerate, but seriously BIG. And so also - as is the recent ploy - no paper receipts at the pumps - so I had to go inside again. I asked for the corporate telephone number and she said - I needed to go onto the website. I did, I called - Full circle - no accountability. SAD. I will; not go back to a 76 station again. I am 72 - and have been trusting 76 for a long time. Well not any more. This particular…read morecar wash on 23rd St. in Panama City, Florida is by far the best car wash I have ever been to in my life. I paid $10 for the basic wash for a drive-through wash. Then you can park to use their towels to dry off your vehicle. The vacuum system was great. You have unlimited time (yes I said unlimited amount of time) to use the vacuum (which had the best suction ever). They also have a mat wash station, a wiper fluid fill station and a tire inflator station. I usually do the manual wash and vacuum that you feed quarters in. The place was very cost efficient. The staff was outstanding...very friendly and helpful. Dani, a young lady there, was the best. Dani was super nice and was not in a hurry to get away from me. Thanks Waterworx...what a GREAT experience. No, this business did not ask me to write a review. As a matter of fact, I stopped to ask Dani how to get to the review section so I could give her a raving review. Happy customer!!!

Ive used this car wash for a few years since they built it. If you want a car wash to clean dried love bugs off your vehicle it is not going to happen! Nothing other than alot of soaking and scrubbing is going to do this, it is the nature of the game. They do have a a pre wash station that has soap and special non scratching brushes that you can utilize before going thru. They also presoak several areas of the vehicle prior to going thru the wash. The employees are always nice and check on your when you are cleaning out your car to see if you need anything. Always plenty of towels, glass cleaner, air compressor to fill your tires, window washing fluid all included. You are not going to find a nicer run car wash, and I have been to alot of them.

But left it dripping wet. The door panels are completely ruined. It looks like those were power washed too, causing the fabric to come off. As if the damage wasn't bad enough, it's not even clean.it literally looks as if a child wiped the inside. There's still dust and crud everywhere.
