Nothing was easy and with less than a week out, the seller of the house we were buying decided he was "unwilling" to close when we were targeting to do so. Through all of this, I did not feel that Rich and team fought for my family's best interest. They basically bent over, grabbed their ankles and allowed us to be railroaded into a later closing date. This forced my wife, 3 school-aged kids, and me to have to incur a weeks worth of additional living expenses at a hotel, as well as extended storage fees. I would not recommend Rich or his firm at all. A better use of the fee they charged would have been for me to have just burned the money.
