The practice has become overly automated, making it extremely difficult to get in touch with staff or the doctor directly. Their website, which previously allowed messaging and appointment scheduling, has not been functioning for months. On several occasions I have had to go to the ER or urgent care simply because I could not reach my primary care doctor--who is supposed to be the first point of contact. When Dr. Emil was overseeing everything, the service was excellent; he is a great doctor. However, without proper access and communication, the quality of care is lost. I have since switched to another provider who is actually available to answer a call when needed. I hope this office can resolve these issues and return to the professional standard they once had, rather than continuing the current trend of being unavailable and overcapacity.

This doctor is an investigator in one of the clinical trials I participated in…read more I want to inform you that doctor is a research investigator and works with people who engage in overt racism, bias, and rude comments about other people's accents, and then engage in outright retaliation when you complain about them. Dr. Yoon is likely involved in this as well, as the clinic itself claims so. It's possible that this doctor is personally involved in preventing volunteers from participating in clinical trials based on discrimination based on skin color, race, and so on. I experienced this at Parexel Glendale, when a doctor made caustic comments about my accent, skin tone, and so on, in order to prevent me from participating in the trial. Afterward, they asked for my documents, and when I provided them, they said they weren't suitable. They told me on the phone that the investigator might have requested them. Investigator is Esther Y Yoon. When I tried to address this issue and report such rude, discriminatory treatment, they generally simply ignored these complaints.

After I went to the hospital for stomach pain and came in to review my cat scan, they were at a loss for what could've caused the pain. There was really no follow up or treatment plan suggested. I also recently called when I was super sick and asked if I could come in and get tested for strep and mono and they said they don't do that there and to go to an urgent care. I'm very confused by a doctor's office that doesn't have the basic tests available to diagnose illnesses - It seems like this would be an integral part of the job. The last thing Is that they told me they could do an in-house breast ultra sound with their technician because I had had some irregular results in the past and didn't want to go all the way to Beverly Hills to see my regular breast doctor. But, I never received the results from this. While the bedside manner is lovely, the actual execution of effective medicine is yet to be seen.

Dr. Rahm is not an overly busy practice where you have to wait forever and can't get an appt. His practice is nestled with 3 other private practice docs in montrose. The office is nice the staff is friendly, the technology is present. I loved the decor and peacefulness of the office and the staff. He was bright, friendly and knowledgable. The reason we left our other Doctor was we didn't have a great communication cycle with her and she was always rushed even though she did not have a very busy practice. Also she was never on time. She used too many clinical words with us and I could tell it wasn't due to the fact that I am a Doctor but because that is just how she operates. I think it is important to communicate with a patient using regular language and Dr. Rahm did just that. Having only had one experience with Dr. Rahm and it being for a wellness check up of my healthy baby, I can't comment on his diagnostic skills but the feel of the office, friendliness of the staff and friendliness of the doctor were all there. It is nice to have someone about our same age and in our same area to go to. I guess I can say since he told my wife our baby is well and she is doing a good job as a mom, it is money well spent.
