After 14 days, my husband called and was told they hadn't had time to work on either yet because they were just so busy. The entire month of October went by with Andy's having our mower and our chainsaw, and it wasn't fixed until 6 November. That's not only NOT done in a timely manner at all, it was extremely dishonest business practice to tell a customer that they could expect it to be. I'll never recommend them to anyone, and I hope if you read this you'll be wise and find somewhere else to fix whatever is broken. They charge a lot of money to make you very frustrated.
