The entire month of October went by with Andy's having our mower and our chainsaw, and it wasn't fixed until 6 November. That's not only NOT done in a timely manner at all, it was extremely dishonest business practice to tell a customer that they could expect it to be. I'll never recommend them to anyone, and I hope if you read this you'll be wise and find somewhere else to fix whatever is broken. They charge a lot of money to make you very frustrated.
