I really can't say enough great things . It's only been about 6 weeks or so and I can already see a difference. I've been dealing with inflammation and chronic lower back pain for almost two years . Dr. Watts is the only Blair-method certified chiropractor in the Denver metro area, in my experience, so felt fortunate to have the option. Blair method practitioners traditionally focus exclusively on the upper cervical area (neck) and use a high resolution xray scanning process to ID and then accurately correct core misalignment in this highly sensitive area. Basically, think of a Jacob's Ladder toy - if the top is kinked, there will be imbalances further down the chain that will cause symptoms. I had seen an array of wellness practitioners for a number of years, and encountered a very established Blair practitioner on a short term work assignment. It was literally a life altering experience, and I was able to continue my wellness journey with Dr. Watts. He is a modified Blair practitioner, who will address other "full spine" misalignments first then do the neck adjustment if necessary. I was in a car accident and caught an early 90s air bag a long time ago, so had a significant C1 and C2 misalignment that caused all kinds of problems for a long time. If you played contact sports/gymnastics as a youth, or had multiple concussions, or have taken bad ski falls, etc - anything that caused your head to whip around, you may have an upper neck misalignment that is causing other areas of your back to complain, but traditional treatment does not seem to get to root causes. One caveat - starting on this journey is not a simple endeavor. I started a rigorous physical therapy/body realignment regimen concurrently with this correction process and after two years and ~$4k I am at the 90% recovery mark and feeling better than ever before. I am in my early 40s, and very glad I started when I did - the body's elasticity and willingness to realign long term misalignments reduces as one gets older. However, if you feel like something is wrong with your neck and you have having back issues, and you next step is surgery, why not take a year and make this treatment process a priority? Similarly, if you just feel a bit "off", you might be able to get it worked out fairly quickly! Just be prepared to make up to a couple visits a week to this location to get the best out of it at the start and you will reap the benefits. You get out what you put in. I've been using Watts for a little while now and they have been great throughout. I've been suffering from a neck injury since early 2019 that has caused constant pain, daily headaches and migraines along with dizziness and balance issues. My treatments with them has helped me feel functional enough to strengthen my neck so I can have much reduced pain when moving it around on a daily basis. They have walk in availability and their scheduling is very flexible. In addition when it had been identified that there was a damaged nerve in my neck that caused the migraines, headaches and my light sensitivity which would often trigger the other issues, they had a solution. The Watts office informed me that a treatment they have been using with people for other issues had recently been approved for use above the shoulders into the neck area. It's the TRT Softwave treatment they are certified to use. After half a dozen treatments I no longer wake up with headaches or migraines and the light sensitivity caused by the damaged nerve in my neck is nearly non existent. Majority of my other symptoms from the injury have been significantly reduced as well, it is a night and day difference. They are extremely efficient and effective. After the initial visit any treatments for either the adjustment or the TRT normally take no more than 15 minutes. read more

Outstanding holistic approach to your health! I came to see Dr. Watts for help with my chronic allery/sinus issues and vertigo. His diagnosis was spot on and we are slowly but surely getting me back to healthy. I had never heard of the "Blair" chiropractic approach and he's one of only two doctors in Colorado who are trained to administer it. I love that there are no scary neck snaps or shoving up against the wall to get my spine, etc, in line (if you have any experience with other chiro's you'll know exactly what I'm talking about!).
