So I went up there and had to wait 20 minutes just to ask for the refills. Finally, my prescription was sent to the pharmacy BUT only a 30 day refill on each. MY TIME IS IMPORTANT TOO!! The receptionist is RUDE and just kept making excuses why my message wasn't answered. They push prescriptions on you and then lord it over you. Why can't I do a telehealth visit that you also push on your patients? But no, I must come into the office and waste even more of my time. I feel bad for patients that truly need medicine and can't do without. I do not recommend unless you are retired and have time to wait on the phone, wait for responses, and wait in the waiting room, and have time to follow up on everything. Now I've been locked out of the portal and can't retrieve any of my health information. I've been with ICFP for years, but I am DONE! I understand that Dr. offices are busy but you should be able to take care of your current patients in a timely manner. Some of us work full time too!
