I really love their pet food rewards program which comes in handy with having three fur mouths to feed. I also refuse to get my treats from any where other than Lulu's. My pug has an allergy and if I have any questions or concerns Brent goes out of his way to resolve the issue. Their shop cats- Gigi & Cora are also the highlight of my visits.
