Most recently, Felicia has presented us as liars, for the second time, to the school, only to be disproven (again) and has now gone as far as to make a false claim in an email to the principle that I own a fake Facebook profile used to "disparage" her company. Being a local business owner, this latter point has crossed a line. Felicia is known to complain about everyone under the sun on Facebook and I have no doubt I've been affected. I would hire a lawyer for defamation, but it is unlikely such an offense would warrant enough money for a lawyer to get involved. This ongoing rift stems back to the beginning of the 2017 school year. Our son's 4th grade portrait and class photo prints were the color blue and visibly altered to the point of looking like goo. I have a photography background and understood the problems to be the result of an unchecked automated editing process or lack of quality control. Both are simple problems to correct. I began attempting to contact Felicia in November 2017 via email and phone to address the issues and received no reply. This continued through May 2018 and was accidentally brought to the previous principle's attention when I received an email from the school about an upcoming photo day and mistakenly replied to him rather than the photographer. I let the issue go for the summer. Fast forward to January 2019 and the PCA request for 5th grade yearbook photos. As we had not been shown our son's photo, I was concerned. Apparently you only get to see the photos if you pay in advance (this is an outdated practice). Given the fact that over a year later, the 4th grade picture issue had still not been addressed, we were not about to give any money to this company. In a heated series of emails (PCA members included) we were accused by Felicia of lying about paying for the 4th grade photos. We immediately disproved this by digging up a copy of the cashed check. By March 2019 I had had enough. Up to this point I had refrained from saying anything on social media, but now resorted to the threat of going public with our story on Facebook and other platforms. Felicia's response was to involve the principle and attempt to generate sympathy. My wife spoke briefly to him about this and was told we would finally get our photos. Success. We received the photos in May 2019. 18 months late. We moved on. Our daughter started kindergarten this year and problems have started again. We did not receive our daughter's photo despite leaving a check in the school office as requested. In an email to the new principle, Felicia again called us liars about paying and accused me, in writing, of using a fake Facebook profile to "disparaged" her. This is a baseless, defaming claim that I am very angry about. But given the number of other parents with their own horrible Felicia experiences, I am not surprised to hear it. After more angry emails, we finally received our daughters picture, but no class picture. And despite being told not to contact me twice, Felicia continues to include me in emails sent to my wife and the principle whom she has only shared a skewed version of why I am so "mean" to her. I could go on and on, but there is a problem here that is not being addressed. For 3 grades now we have been unable to share school photos with grandparents at the holidays. Our kids went without school photos on the fridge. No parents should be treated this way. School photos are supposed to bring back good memories. Not this. Why Photography by Felicia continues to be hired at Sea Cliff Elementary I do not understand. Her pattern of lies and incompetence is unacceptable and any other school would have hired a more professional company by now. The thought of having to deal with her for another 5 grades makes me nauseous.

No need to look at any other photographers out there, if youre on long island, this is your best bet. Reasonable prices. Our wedding was 11/11/18, post wedding, completely unsolicited review. The 4 Best points of the day: 1) Trisha and her second shooter Connie, were absolutely flexible, professional and unphased by some morning delays. Plans changed on the fly, and they were SO reassuring and helpful. They worked extremely hard to de-stress all of us, and ended up getting a ton of great pictures. The rest of the event went well after some morning issues regarding make-up and bridal hair prep not being done on time. 2) When we were on the dance floor they werent in the way. Just present (having a fun time) not intrusively in the way like you've seen some photographers/videographers. They were just this fun energy, sometimes dancing, laughing, joking... they looked like they were having a good time shooting and enjoying the wedding! At the end of the night, we couldnt think of any time where they intruded on the moment. Just took in everything through their cameras. It was really remarkable. 3) Preliminary photos we saw were outrageously good. We got a bunch of teasers back, and they made us look great! 4) Energy was positive and fun. Never pushy, very kind and directive in the way they wanted you to pose to get your best angles. Constantly adjusting clothing and making sure everything in the shot was perfect. Would give 10/10, enthusiastically recommend!!!!!!!!!!!

Will try to give my honest feedback from my experience with Rahel. I got the entire package from…read moredress, makeup, and photography. I will say I had a great experience with hair/makeup and dress but photography was such a horrible experience. We saw sample pictures beforehand and decided to go with Rahel but the pictures we actually got were no where near what we were given. I will preface and say that we were pre-warned that we were double booked that day and were not going to get the main photographer,however, I am not just upset at the quality of photos but just the lack of professionalism that followed. We ended up taking studio photos that day with the main photographer which actually were edited and came out nice, however, the pictures taken at the venue were terrible with the other photographers. Many of the pictures looked like we were inside a club due to horrible flash. Many pictures we were washed out with flash directly in our faces. Not just that but barely none were edited. We just got a photo dump of nearly 7 gbs of just raw pictures. We hired photography to get professional pictures but we just ended up with a photo dump of just raw photos and terrible ones at that. The worst part is I tried emailing the group about my concerns 3 times with NO response and am just amazed at their unprofessionalism with their clients. I guess once they have your money they just have no regard for you. If at least there was some dialogue about the situation I don't think I would have been as upset but the fact that before the wedding they were very responsive to the silence that followed afterwards is just what is very upsetting.

It was such a convenient one-stop shop - they have dress/tux for rent, hair&makeup artists on site, as well as a photographer. For the engagement shoot, we got the whole package here and are very pleased with how the photos turned out. We are also going with Rahel for our wedding - hair & makeup and renting a dress/tuxedo.
