They have the bare minimum compared to other locations, missing out on the potential to expand their beauty and cosmetics departments to meet the standards of their other locations for busy mall shoppers. Staff were friendly and helpful although their isn't much they can do when the product isn't carried by their location. It's strange though being told 'no' for a certain cologne only to be directed to almost any other Shoppers location where I would definitely be able to find it. Great for emergency pick-ups while you're already at the mall, not so great for special items.

I make no secret of considering its maze of aisles my own personal hell on earth and I generally enter fight-or-flight mode as soon as I pull up in the parking lot. Still, yesterday I had the good fortune of having not one, not two, but THREE positive interactions with friendly, polite, and helpful staff! I could hardly believe it. Not an eye-roll, not a heavy sigh, not a dismissive point in a vague direction - I actually received real, live customer service. So, while Walmart may still not be my jam, I have to give credit where credit's due. The folks I talked to knew exactly where the obscure items I was looking for were hidden and actually walked me there instead of sending me on my way. Plus, I was rung through by someone who was genuinely nice and knew better than to hit me with a 'hon' or 'dear.' No complaints for once!

If you're looking for cosmetics this is the best place to come for huge selection - they have a huge beauty boutique (Chanel! Urban Decay! Clinique!) and a good amount of affordable cosmetics too. Their NYX section is pretty great, though I still find myself popping between here and Lawton's as their stock varies quite a bit between the two. Upstairs you will find the pharmacy, seasonal goodies (mmm chocolates), hair care, cold and flu medications - the rest of the things you'd expect to find in a drugstore. This pharmacy is the best one I've ever been to - the staff are very helpful and caring, they explain anything you may need to know and I never feel rushed if I have questions.

Its a tidy, presentable store and covers all the basic tidings. Last minute trip? Yes... its the typical drug store to the rescue. With a postal center, medium-sized cosmetics section, pharmacy and all the isles in the between, Lawtons is likely to satisfy most. However, as a reoccurring customer, I've noticed poor, untimely service on more than one occasion. The people at the front cashes always seem to be more than adequate; however, its the cosmetics and postal peeps that have been off their game. I can say with confidence that EVERY time I've browsed the cosmetics section, I've been either blatantly ignored or exposed to loud conversations between staff members. If they, then, see me, and choose to make the effort, its never been with regard. This is a section of a store where people look to employees for expertise, and its just not present here. I've had a few bumps in service with the postal counter, as staff consistently appears stiff and reluctant to serve. The job gets done... but how about a little pep. Not a lot... I realize customer service can be grueling. But could you stop acting like I kicked your puppy? Sheesh. I'd like to see some friendlier service here to back up the convenience. I don't get my prescriptions here because it's too risky if I need a refill unexpectedly and they're closed. It's a full dispensing pharmacy with free local delivery and some of the nicest, most caring professionals I've ever met behind the counter. They are really an active part of the health care team for each of their customers, and couldn't be nicer or more helpful. They have a great relationship with all the local doctors. Kinley also has an extensive selection of home care products staffed by a full time LPN. With an aging population, this is very important. You can rent or purchase lots of equipment or supplies here, as well as participate in food care clinics and testing and monitoring for diabetics. They also have all the regular drug store products you'd expect. The cosmetics section is fairly small, but there's a good selection of every other kind of product you might want to buy in a drugstore. We've used Kinley's now for a decade, and it just keeps getting better, perhaps as we keep getting older!
