I took it back, and the owner replaced it. Within a week, the second unit stopped working. At the time, I was without a car, 22 miles away. I spoke with the owner and she acted like it wasn't her problem. A few months have passed and I popped into the store to see if they could make it work. A gentleman looked at it for a few minutes. He put a new coil in it in case the coil I had tried was defective. It wouldn't work and he informed me that it was the tank. He wanted $35 for a replacement tank. This thing had less than ten hours of vaping on it. Then he said he wouldn't charge me for the coil he used to test it. That was nice of him. They have great juice there and the store is very nice. I wouldn't buy any equipment from them though because it might be fake or seconds or something. I can't think of any other reason why they wouldn't have offered to reach out to the manufacturer on behalf of their customer.

I told them no I was supposed to have gotten store credit for it .They then said it would be a refund. I was ok with that but the employee did not give the proper refund. I had gotten a prior military discount on the item when I purchased it. Even counting that in to the price I didn't get my full refund because the employee claimed that they could not give sales tax back. Witch by the way is illegal by IRS government standards. So it makes me wonder how many other people have been ripped off by their employees? I will never return my business to them because of this experience.
