Came back yesterday n today. We were informed that today would be an Easter egg hunt, so we came. Kids were excited as they woke me up to go. We were the first people there n we went at it! We got a ton of eggs as the staff had to replenish the eggs. My kids figured out that if they follow the staff, they'll know where the eggs are lol. Great event! This place never ceases to amuse the kids. More people should be here. Stop by when u shop at Daiso. Again, the staff are amazing. The blushes are higher grade. Overall, the better of the claw games [n more affordable with higher chances of getting the prize] Than you again for a wonderful time.

We visited Wawa Claw for the first time and we had so much fun! We were surprised on how many prizes we were able to win in a short amount of time & coins. They have a coin exchange machine each coin is $1 and each machine for the most part is one coin! Staff was very helpful & informative with any questions we had. We look forward to coming back for a day of fun!

I love claw game arcades in Asia and glad to see more popping up here in SoCal. First the pros: - easy to find at the corner of the mini mall complex with plenty of parking - clean and organized, can use your credit card to get tokens - fast and friendly service from the staff Cons: - claws are very loose. Really hard to win anything that's heavy. Some of the smaller machines even have a release that looks to happen before it reaches the winner slot - tokens will disappear quickly. I spent $30 (for 35 tokens) in less than 25 minutes even when all the games are 1 coin/play - quality of the plush - definitely look like knock offs. Can't expect high quality at these things but when the minions and Sanrio characters kind of look like the Picasso versions of themselves... you get the picture. I ended up with 3 of the same item for spending $30.. not because I wanted that item but it was the only one I could actually win. Would I go here again? Maybe. But just be warned you'll probably lose money fast.

Super fun! $1 per play. They take card as well. Employees are very nice. Lots of different claw machines and cute plushies/keychains you can win! Selection is a hit or miss depending on when you go. But most of the times there seem to be pretty cute plushies :3 These claw machines seem doable unlike some other places I've been to!

I passed by this place a few times when I was in the area a couple of weeks back. Finally decided to drop by when I'm in the area again. And now I know that we'll always make every effort to come here whenever we can (or we might even make a special trip just to go here!) The place was clean and bright looking so we were excited to come here. There's a token exchange station or we can also go to the prize trade-up/cashier counter to exchange tokens. They accept both cash and credit cards. Rows of claw machines filled up this place but it didn't feel cramped. There's plenty of space to move around and there's a good variety of plushies. They're all so adorable! The staffs were all so friendly, kind and helpful. We ended up getting a lot of plushies by the end of our time there. We traded a few of them and kept the rest. I hope they're gonna open more locations soon especially in SGV area because then we'll visit it more often!

Located off Western Ave in Torrance next to Daiso. Parking is shared with all the businesses in the plaza. The place is not too big lots of claw machines and cute plushies. You can also trade up for bigger plushies as well. The staff were nice and helpful. Overall a cool little place to try to get some cute plushies from the claw.

We had some time to kill and we were waiting for a friend to be seated at MoMo Paradise right across from this location. This was my third time going to WaWa Claw with the last two being fun but not as eventful and rewarding, as far as the claws grabbing anything. But last night, My boyfriend and I had a blast. There were two supervisors there, Irene and Julian. (We ended up going after dinner too!) They made it fun. And made sure we won something or a few somethings... we ended up spending $50 bucks and left with a super fun memory! They were helping everyone that was there. And made it all worth it. We walked in to just kill time, just to look around not planning on playing at all. We ended up telling our friend who we had dinner with and going back!!! Take my money WaWa Claw... we are telling everyone how much fun is to be had Makes you want to go back for sure.

    So cute

The good The man who worked here was really friendly and gifted my son a small plush for free. He said we could swap our prizes out for others that we liked better. It seems like claw machine shops are really gaining popularity lately because this is the fourth one I've been to in the last 1-2 years. They had surprise ball machines where you don't know what you get until you open the plastic ball. The bad: The claw machines here are harder to win than the Torrance Clawcade. The music was a bit loud for me (already overstimulated from having two toddlers). I didn't realize until later that some machines allowed 2 plays per coin. Some machines required a lot of coins (I think up to 5?!) to play. This clawcade was on the smaller and more cramped side compared to the other 3 I went to. The interesting: I spent $20 on coins and ended up getting one larger stuffed animal and one small one (but the small one wasn't by our own merit). There's a boba shop nearby so it's nice to play some games and then go get a drink afterward. This makes this place a nice spot for a date or for a family-night out.

We had my daughter's 8th birthday party here because we wanted it to be different than the usual. Needless to say we had an amazing experience. We were able to utilize the provided space for a churro cart and a face painter and it was enough space to sit and talk and take breaks. The kids loved it and everyone walked away with a lot of plushies lol the hosts were great as well! If you are thinking about it just do it!

    Amazing selection

Big shout out to Alfredo and Nancy at this location! They were so friendly and helpful, just making conversation and being friendly. We walked in just looking at things and ended up playing non-stop. They even helped us with some better placement/wins We'll definitely be coming back. They had a surprise party there and it seems like a pretty good value given the amount of free chips with the reservation cost! Awesome selection, nice staff, and wins left and right

The smell hit me first: burning rubber mixed with ozone, a bouquet that spoke of countless battles fought on these very tracks. I approached the counter, signed the waiver with trembling hands. This was it. My initiation into the world of electric velocity. The safety briefing washed over me. Speed limits. Racing lines. Flags. But my mind was already elsewhere, imagining the perfect lap, the flawless execution of every turn. Then I saw it: the kart. Sleek. Silent. Deadly. I lowered myself into the molded seat, gripped the steering wheel. The moment my foot touched the accelerator, everything changed. The instant torque slammed me back into my seat! No engine roar, no warming up--just pure, unadulterated acceleration that felt like being shot from a cannon! The first corner approached rapidly. I braked--perhaps too hard--and felt the rear end slide ever so slightly. My pupils dilated. This was it. This was the dance. Turn two. I remembered the instructor's words. Brake early. Apex late. Accelerate through. My body moved on instinct, finding the rhythm, becoming one with the machine. By lap three, everything crystallized. The track revealed its secrets to me. That slight banking in corner four. The deceptive tightness of the chicane. Each revelation was a flavor explosion on my palate--bitter defeat transformed into sweet victory! Other racers surrounded me. I could feel their presence, their fighting spirit! We weaved through corners in formation, each seeking that perfect line, that extra tenth of a second. When I finally executed a flawless outside pass on the long straight, my entire body surged with electricity! The laps blurred together in a symphony of speed. Left, right, brake, accelerate--a recipe perfected through repetition, each iteration bringing me closer to nirvana. And then, too soon, the checkered flag. My final time flashed on the screen. I stumbled from the kart, legs shaking, heart racing, a massive grin splitting my face. The other racers gathered around the timing board, comparing battle scars and bragging rights. This wasn't just fun. This was transcendent. This was speed distilled to its purest essence, served at precisely the right temperature to ignite the soul! K1 Speed had delivered a five-star experience that left me hungry for more.

Review #966 2026-032…read more This used to be AMF Bowling & was later acquired via merger by Strike Holdings LLC (dba Bowlmor Lanes), & rebranded as Bowlero in 2017. Since our last visit over the summer, they're now defunct & again renamed to Lucky Strike in 2025. Whew! Bowlero is actually closer to home than the defunct Gable House Bowl, & the very last bowling alley in Torrance after the demise of Palos Verdes Bowl prior to GHB. I went through a phase of bowling at least once per month in my YA years & recently started up again after having kids due to bowling birthday parties. I miss bowling... I bowled for the 1st time when I was teen & can even remember my 1st score of 77. I didn't bowl much, but I'm usually in the mid-range of 150 or thereabouts & have scored a few turkeys in my lifetime. At one point, I had planned to purchase bowling shoes so that I'm not using the public ones since I hung out with friends that either like to bowl or shoot pool. We were invited to a teen's 15th b-day at Bowlero & the space is huge! It has a mini arcade, bar, pool tables, & 40 bowling lanes that's equipped with lounge seats, blacklights, & HD screens that played movies, music videos, & sports. My daughter had a good ol' time with the birthday girl & their friends, most were from her Color Guard team. Both lanes seem to malfunction frequently enough that they didn't get a full 2 hours; the girls didn't seem that into bowling so it was fine. They were served pizza, chips & salsa with fountain drinks. I only wished they were either served before or after bowling to clean their hands since none of them thought to wash their hands between frames. Yikes! \(`0´)/ None could really bowl & scoring 50+ points was an accomplishment with a couple scoring 100+; the random strikes helped in between the gutters. After a couple of rounds, the girls hung out at the arcade; it's on the smaller side with some games that offer tickets that can exchanged at the automated prize hub. I thought Bowlero would be a fun place to hold my 15 YO's birthday celebration the following month because there's so much downtime for her friends to chitchat & hangout. And I happened to find a really great Groupon Deal: $84 for 2 hours of bowling + shoes rental for 6... not sure of the normal rate, but this is $7/hour with shoe rental! I kept it small to help H build relationships with her friends. It's been only a month, & Bowlero is still riddled with technical issues that we spent more time waiting for the tech to fix the problems than bowling. Even with a lane switch didn't do much to fix the frequent downtime. I even requested to be closer to the center of the bowling alley, near the front desk due to the far left lanes' malfunctions. Again, scoring 50+ points was a real accomplishment with one g/f hitting 100+ in the 1st round. At the 2nd go, H had the highest score of 81. I'm not sure when is prime time but the parking lot was half-full at each visit & it was quite busy inside with half the alley in bowling action. Bowlero is a chill place for a family-friendly bowling game or two... if only the technical issues doesn't mar the experience.
