Their round rolls are so soft and fresh. My first sandwich was soft cooked bacon, eggs scrambled hard, and tomatoes. I had salt, pepper, ketchup and mayo added. I ate it right outside the restaraunt on the super neat benches outside of the shop. The second time I had the same sandwich but substituted pastrami for the bacon. This sandwich was also quite good but I think I will stick with the bacon. On the menu you can find every sandwich imaginable. Salads are plentiful. That's on my list next visit. The owners are super nice. The sandwich guy is always patient and polite as is the gentleman at register. A great local spot that I will continue travelling from Summit to patronize. I start work at 5 am every morning and that store is always my first stop of my day. I usually hit this spot with my kids right after we have a meal at Halo Roasters within the same plaza and we're able to bring home a huge stash of candy for about 20 bucks. Sweeeeet!!!
