It is a deeply uncomfortable and weird energy for a workplace where people are being paid to assist the public. If you hate working here that much, let someone else have the job who actually wants it. Even the main number just rang. When my daughter finally got through to someone in the deli department (the 1st time) she was met with a very rude and unhelpful individual. I had call from another city in order to speak to a manager. THEN, I still received an email reminding me to pick up the tray on the original day, after the manager said that she would change the information. My daughter called back the next day in order to make sure that the tray would be ready on the day needed and she STILL couldn't reach anyone on the main number or on the deli number after callin five (5) times and letting it ring. VERY frustrating. She has to now drive to the location today and hope that the tray is ready for pick up. I understand being busy but I have experienced busy stores in metro-Atlanta and have never encountered such poor customer service from Publix. Hoping that they improve in order to save the Publix legacy.
