I recently had a disappointing experience at Wawa with an employee named Alexis. Despite having the necessary coupons, she refused to honor them. I've never had this issue before at Wawa, and I'm extremely dissatisfied with the way Alexis handled the situation. Her attitude was completely unacceptable, and I will be taking my business elsewhere..... Alexis is an employee with a NASTY attitude. I had the store coupon and the newport coupon (manufacturing coupon) as I do at every Wawa. It takes me a min to open the apps, find the coupons and turn my card from being locked. She she then proceeds to tell me I can't use that coupon. I buy my cigarettes with the double coupons at every wawa I have never experienced this. So I showed it to her and i told her it does work because it already deducted the $3.00 so how didn't it work? So she said something under her breath And walked to the other register to help the long line behind me but times are hard it's the first day of school and I am broke. Sorry I made a line for you, but it's not like u wouldn't have to check them out anyways. She sucked her teeth as she walked over and I said you don't have to an attitude about it. And she came back and took the newports back from me as I'm paying for them. And wouldn't give them back. After I used both my coupons and paid so I yelled for someone to come help me Bcuz now you're stealing from me. I had already paid and was pulling my card out. I was then told by her co worker or boss idk that we can't use two coupons but that isn't true because the system allows you and this is the first time I have ever heard that at any Wawa and I go there everyday. Her name is Alexis and she doesnt need to work with the public. She I guess thought what she was doing was ok to treat someone like that. It's NOT and if u don't know how to do your job u need to get some more training. I am disgusted with her attitude she literally has ruined my morning ontop of everything else. I am going to call corporate and posts this review on every page til someone contacts me back. She makes me never want to shop at Wawa again. Alexis made you lose a daily paying customer. I buy two packs a cigarettes a day for myself n partner and I buy coffee. I am finding a new store. read more

i've never had a problem getting food here until tonight. i ordered my food on the app like i've done before and set it for asap (11pm) got to the before my order was ready and saw that it was busy so i waited patiently for my number to be called. i noticed they had the smoothie i ordered closer to their side of the counter so i just waited assuming they would give me the smoothie when my food was ready. after it had been sitting there for 5 minutes they called for my drink but there was no food on the counter so i continued to be patient and wait. after another 10 minutes i see them put food down towards the back of the counter far from my reach like if they were going to put it in a bag to hand to me but instead they left it there and i watched more than one employee look at my food and walk away and start doing other things. after the fourth time i watched someone look at my food and walk away and call out other people's numbers the employees started to have a conversation while having other people besides me waiting to get their food. that's when i walked up and politely asked if they had my order and finally they gave me my food around 11:25pm. i didn't want to cause a scene but by the time i finally got my food it was cold after watching people who came in after me get their food faster read more

For the first time in a long time, I don't have much to say? I have obviously been a customer at many Wawas...but never for more than gas and gum (on occasion beer/ice/air). I finally decided to take our relationship to the next level by ordering a coffee. It was as easy as the signs and commercials make it look. And it was fast. I got my ticket, made the purchase for 2 whoppin' bucks, and picked up the coffee in less than 2 minutes. Was it tasty? TBH no. But I order black iced coffee and unless the beans are great and the water, exceptional, there's not much you can expect. It's about the ritual, people. The girls that get it, get it. The store was kinda chaotic. So I am surprised it was as fast as it was. But I guess everyone is working on slinging sandwiches and smoothies, so they don't have time to clean up the spills and napkins. I blame us, the public. We can do better. read more

Honestly WAWA has become my go-to gas station during the pandemic. They supply glovesc hand sanitizer, and have a touchless payment system. And I feel safe there as it's on a busy street corner with lots of lighting. Highly recommended! read more

We were excited The turkey bowls were back. Every year we get them all the time. We picked two up Nov 10 2021. We got them home and were shocked That the bowls were half empty and we paid an extra dollar for extra cranberry sauce. I really thought they were someone's left over doggie bags. Before they were full bowls and I was full after eating. We literally had to eat other stuff from home because we were still hungry. WTH! I understand portion control but let's be real. read more

You use to have decent coffee , now not so much Then add a rude cashier and now you have lost me. After 2pm only 2 types of coffee will be brewed. 1 regular and 1 Columbian well the regular was so weak you could see through it. The employees responce..at least it's hot The Columbian was cold I'm not kidding her responce...well it hasn't been long enough time for her to make new. Let me start off by saying I visit this Wawa daily. Typically it is good, no issues. 4 stars. However, today was very dissapointing. Take a look at the two pictures I attached. I ordered breakfast based upon what was shown on the menu screen. The presentation was nice and it looked like a large filling bowl. Just what I needed today. What I got was a sad looking mostly empty bowl. Very dissapointed in this bait and switch tactic. If you are going to advertise something follow through with it. Don't give high expectations to then only let down your guest. No happy with Wawa. read more

My experience: Today was my boyfriend's first time ordering food from Wawa. He was already impressed by their free air and gas prices previously. But now, he can't stop talking about how good his sandwich was. We both love the touch-screen ordering system and how fast it is. Despite the high volume of people entering and leaving, there were minimal lines. Location: Address: 8800 Park Boulevard in Seminole. Easy to find, easy to pull in, on the way to the beach. 5 stars Food: couldn't get any better than what it currently is. The bread is so fresh and soft. I love their tuna subs, mashed potatoes, bagels, and their mac n' cheese. The food and drinks are very well priced- rather cheap compared to other sandwich shops. They usually have bottled drinks on sale. For instance, I often see Smart Water on sale 2/$3. 5 stars I got to briefly "meet" the store manager, Mike, today. He provided me with the store address and phone number. From what the (new) regulars have told me, he's very nice and runs the store efficiently. From what I could tell, he's hired friendly employees and the store was clean inside and out. I set an order on the app at 7:05 A.M. for pickup at 7:20. I paid for it at 7:25. The deli worker had no clue about my order. She could not find the other worker. I am not sure if it was stolen or forgotten. The manager did reimburse me which I appreciated. Maybe they need some Delco managers to show them the ropes !!! read more

This is my 3rd trip to this WAWA. Their pumps don't seem to work with the gift cards for WAWA. I have to go into the store every time. Today I decide to just pay with credit and guess what....I have to go in to get the receipt because no paper in the machine. Wawa, I like to run in and run out when I stop for gas....stop making me come inside and wait in line when I should be able to do it all at the pump. read more
