Conveniently located in Souderton, along Bethlehem Pike, this Wawa location is a no-brainer establishment for an afternoon pick-me-up. The night shift at this Wawa is incredibly rude except a couple people, and they had both registers closed and expected me to know which one I could pay at. I'm not a mind reader. Another time, I bought two wraps and the same lady gave me snack wraps and insisted I had the right thing and even after the girl remade my order, she was really mad that it was fixed. read more

As far as Wawa's go, this is my absolute favorite!! I live 10 minutes away, but to me it is worth the trip. Theres much to love about this Wawa. It is a decent sized Wawa and is very clean, and I have never had any problems with ordering, food or employees they all were pleasant. The location 2 minutes down from 309 on West Main Street is perfect, and off of Bethlehem Pike as well. There is plenty of places to park in front of, on the side or in the back of this Wawa, it even has a 2nd entrance/exit to the back parking lot! If you don't feel like dealing with the business of West Main Street, the back entrance is less crowded (it can be though) and can get you to where you need to go. There is 12 gas pumps which is less than other Wawa's and it can get crowded but it doesnt take away from the overall experience. My only advice is if you are exiting left onto West Main Street, be careful which exit it is as one of them has a no left turn that I've seen stump people before. All in all, it's a great Wawa for the Souderton area and one I'll be revisiting many times in the future! read more

So after receiving a "cheesesteak" (aka 90%roll 10%cheesesteak), I attempted to remedy the situation by calling the store to speak to a manager. After being on hold for 6min 36sec and never speaking to a manager, I decided to hang up. Obviously customer service isn't their priority since the woman who answered the phone asked who it was and I replied "a customer" yet still sat on hold for over 5min. Now if this was an isolated event, I would have given more than 2 stars but this location always seems to skimp more than any other location. Disappointing. read more

You guys need to fire that guy who does the drinks, the Indian guy. I've worked in the service industry for years and can tell when someone moves extremely slow and just doesn't care. i like wawa a lot and i will always keep going to this wawa until the one by me is done renovating. that being said the ppl that work here r not nice. it feels like they go out of their way to be not nice. the cashier didn't even say hi to me one time. all of the cashiers seem to have some internal motivation to say as little words to customers as possible, even at the cost of being mean. that being said, i will still go here i will just be sad read more

the wawa in Souderton is great! as of 7/28 2017 they are currently closed while undergoing construction but once they open up I'll be sure to stop in. the store is clean and the employees all seem like they enjoy working there. they make sandwiches fast but without sparing quality. check this wawa out if you're ever driving by! read more
