There was an advisory for snow to begin falling in the afternoon and all through the next day. I'm in my last trimester of pregnancy as well, so I was skeptic on driving there in the first place but this apt was for my baby shower! Jaci sent me a reminder text regarding the apt the night before. I confirmed. As I'm approaching GF, I received a text from Jaci stating she feels unwell half an hour before the apt and wanting to reschedule to the next day.. I told her that's unfortunate as I could understand her situation. But with it being so last minute and her confirming the apt was a go the night before.. cmon. I tried requesting a later time in the day until she feels better, I was willing to do some shopping and visit a friend while she gathered herself. But she seemed adamant on staying home to rest. As I can understand feeling sick unexpectedly and how it can cause inconveniences, the appointment was scheduled a month out. And was also spoken about the day prior. Maybe it's just the hormones but definitely experienced my first pregnancy rage moment (:

I'm not a complainer so I accepted the color but them 2 weeks after I noticed how fast the color was washing out after spending 165.00 cash I called her to go and show her. Jaclyns response was well you should have called me right away and if you want it redone I can redo it for 1/2 price. No Thank you. Then I called the Studio and they told me they are not responsible. My massage therapist was educated in technique. He was able to read the tension in my back which effectively alleviated the concerns I had. I have some health concerns that require varying degrees of particular attention and those needs were not overlooked through monotonous work. To cancel my contract I had to write a letter and go to the Post Office and pay for certified mail just to cancel. I couldn't cancel right at the location. This was a large hassle. Overall, I still highly recommend this place! It is much better than Club Tan - those employees are high schoolers who will never interact with you.
