Had a 25 min wait from order until I received our food, which wasn't as wonderful as I'd hoped. The kids chicken strips were over cooked and tasted like burnt fryer oil. The burgers and fries are great, very tasty. The buns are very fresh. The onion rings are a little sweet for my taste. There are many choices to make just to order a burger including the type of cheese and sauce. Service was friendly and since everything is made to order the wait time on the food was about 10 minutes. The seating area is very small and can get overrun by people waiting on to go orders. Check your food before you leave here. You pay extra for something and they will forget it almost every time. I try my best to only come when the female manager is there, I forgot her name(mainly afternoons) she always makes sure my order is right and has great customer service. A very nice young lady named Lisa Marie answered and said when I come in she would help with that. When I got there they were busy! I called to place a takeout with this restaurant and I was told due to their burger day special that they were not taking anymore orders. The lady that answer the phone said they were backed up an hour and a half on orders, so they wouldn't take any orders. Well we now have 7 yes 7 restaurants that feature burgers here in Mint Hill. The good news for all the others is that this places definitely ranks 7th out of 7. I like to start with a good point. The staff is very friendly and seems to be trying hard. This place is hard to find and hard to get to. It is hidden in the back corner of the shopping center. You literally have to drive through Wendy's to get there. It is set up to be a take out place but there is no drive through. There are only 7 tables in the whole place. Three 4 tops and four 2 tops. Don't plan on a relaxed, enjoyable meal with friends. Those 4 tops are in the same small place as where folks wait for their order. As you eat you'll enjoy sharing your space with folks posteriors. When we ordered I was momentarily impressed. The cook took several balls of fresh ground beef out of the fridge, placed them on the grill. THEN HE TOOK A WEIGHT AND SMASHED THEM FLAT!!!! Immediately all the flavor was gone, squished out onto the grill. Every cook knows that is the absolute worst thing you can do to a burger. The end result was a burger with the same consistency and flavor as the sole of my shoes. The best thing I can say is it was crispy and crunchy. I wish I could say that about the fries or the onion rings. Both come straight from the freezer to the hot oil. When served they were quite rubbery. Very little taste to either. Maybe I'll try it again in a few months but for now there are 6 places with better burgers in town. read more

I went there the first time. It took them over 40 minutes to make food for 4 people ( small order of...3 hamburgers, 2 fries and 1 cheese fries) . When I got home, the cheese fries were upside down, with the cheese and bacon on the bottom, hard to scrape off the topping. No biggie....the hamburgers were good.
