Even with all the other new retail areas in the Burlington area, this one has a different vibe, with lots of great architecture and purposes for all to use. Even with the dozens of other plazas around the clientele here is different due to the different selection of stores and more upscale restaurants and other amenities. They did a good job providing lots of parking in lots, as well as "on street parking" around the shopping center as well. The list of stores, restaurants and other entertainment in this shopping center include: Wegmans King's Bowling Redstone American Grill Tony C's Sports Bar & Grill Bedford Farms Ice Cream Mitchell Gold & Bob Williams The Shade Store Boston Interiors Dover Rug & Home Bancroft Restaurant David's Tea Osteria Nino 18 8 Fine Men's Salon XFINITY Kohler and many many more. Accessible right from the Middlesex Turnpike at many intersections. Decent shopping center and if there was a lot more, they would definitely receive five stars. I took time out of my day to drive to the location and go into the store just to talk with--not even a manager--an employee who, talking to her manager over the radio, let me know that they would not in fact see me for my interview and that they were only looking for full-time employees, despite the website and advertising suggesting they were also looking for part-timers. The lack of professionalism and communication shocked me and I'm very dissatisfied with how Nordstrom Rack handled the situation.

It arrived yesterday, not in a box, but stuffed directly into a small plastic envelope.a I took everything back to the store and opened the package there. The jacket was not my size, although a paper tag had been attached to the sleeve contradicting the interior label. It also looked like someone had stepped on it. I learned that the jacket is not (or no longer) in stock in my size. I returned everything, down to the socks. Good part: The return was handled graciously, down to the alterations fee. Bad part: I've wasted almost four hours (I live half-an-hour from the store); I have to start over again; and who knows if I can find anything as nice again? I frankly can't get over order fulfillment deliberately mislabeling clothing that they knew wouldn't fit, and abusing a beautiful garment to save perhaps two dollars on shipping and packaging.
