Back in the day this store used to be known as the "basket warehouse" and pretty much lived up to…read moreit's name selling baskets and faux greenery and flowers. Smart move on the owners part to rename and rebrand as Home Decor Warehouse because they sell so much more than just baskets and fake flowers! Although they are right on route 72 the location is rather off the beaten trail. They share the building with the gem store but otherwise are the only retailer nearby in an area that's fairly rural. Don't avoid shopping here because of the distance or you'll miss out, especially if you are into the current trend; modern farmhouse. I'm pretty sure they would make Joanna Gaines proud! Anything and everything modern farmhouse you'll find, plus a few surprises for indoors and out. Make sure you allow yourself ample time to go up and down each isle because there's always something new to discover. Prices aren't deep discount but they are reasonable and the inventory is unique enough that if you see it here you won't find it anywhere else. They also still sell faux flowers and greenery but the majority of the store is household items and decor. You'll also find some furniture pieces and they do have a room set up of outdoor room displays with everything for sale. Even if you don't buy the way they do the displays will give you tons of inspiration for your own home. This past Sunday I stopped in and their outdoor planters were 50% off. I'm talking high quality glazed ceramic pots in all sizes. The selection was picked thru if you're looking for a pair but they still had a variety of individual sizes. The staff is always very pleasant too and will be happy to help you load your car if need be. The older woman at the front cash register is the owner's mother and very personable and also eager to assist. WORTH NOTING: Closed Mondays.

I went this past weekend for their early spring tulips and daffodils. It was a little early most of the tulips weren't fully bloomed yet but I still walked away with a beautiful mix. Even when it's not peak season, there's still plenty to work with. Where this place really shines, though, is later in the season. I've come back in the summer for zinnias and dahlias (my personal favorites), and it's honestly kind of overwhelming in the best way. Rows and rows of flowers, so many colors, so many varieties... good luck making a quick decision. You won't. The grounds are really pretty and well laid out, with lots of space to walk, explore, and take your time. There's plenty of parking, and they even have goats on-site, which just adds to the whole experience. It's not just "grab flowers and go" it's something you actually do. They've got chalkboard pricing set up (super easy to follow), you can pay with card or PayPal, and if you're not in the mood to build your own bouquet, they have pre-made ones ready to grab. They also offer flower subscriptions, which is dangerous information if you're someone who likes having fresh flowers around at all times. Staff has always been friendly, helpful, and relaxed no pressure, just good vibes. If you like wandering through fields, picking your own flowers, and pretending you're in a rom com for an hour... this is your place. Just be warned: you will absolutely leave with more flowers than you planned.

You can browse there here to find items to decorate both the inside and outside of your home. Most items are handcrafted and can fit into your decor if you think hard enough. The establishment is multi storied and can take some time to make your way through it completely. There are so many things to look at in here that you can definitely lose track of time. If you were not able to find souvenirs at other nearby shops, you should be able to find something here. What's nice about it is that you can enter here through the Farmer's market next door or enter from outside. You can make it a complete experience if you do both at the same time. Grab some food, then over to here for some items that you don't necessarily need.

Black Creek Grrehouse has A sophisticated automated system for moving plants around the greenhouse. Staff are friendly and helpful. My only disappointment is that there are no Kimberly Queen ferns. Last year, at this same time in April, I purchased the last two. Black Creek offers a one-stop shop to get all your annual needs. All healthy plants are priced moderately.
