They will leave to go on lunch breaks with 3+ people sitting on the bench, which quickly puts the wait times into the 60-90 minute range on top of what you've already spent. If you go any time after noon (or over your lunch break) you are going to be running up between their breaks and hoping they don't decide to split before you get a turn and the queue slows to a trickle. Going first-thing in the morning doesn't work very well either, one of the barbers is always rolling in late so it's already backed up as soon as it opens. It is a good value, but really not worth the effort to drive in for such an unpredictable service.

Biggest problem was that my friend said a cut was only $15 -- imagine my surprise when I was billed $30. I should have suspected something when I didn't see a price list posted. It looked like each barber did the billing with their own tablet. If you go there, CALL FIRST for a price and get the name of the person who answers. Here's the worst part: I'm trying very hard not to think I was charged what I was because I was the only Anglo in there ... but the staff is not Anglo, and the friend who told me a cut was $15 is not Anglo.
