Horrible service! Purchased a bottle of Jose Cuervo that was priced at $21.99. The sign didn't…read morespecify the size. After I purchased and walked out the door I realized they charged me $31.99. I turned right around and showed them the receipt. They responded saying that price was for a smaller bottle. I said okay that's fine can you refund me the larger bottle for the smaller size. At that point they said all sales are final and there was nothing I could do. I obviously hadn't opened the bottle. It was seconds in which I turned around after my husband pointed it out to me. This use to be my go to store bc it was close to my home but after this horrible customer service I will never go back. You lost a loyal customer despite your overcharging of product. I did not see 1 sign saying all sales are final. I could understand if I had taken the product home and the seal had been broken. It's OK though I just won't ever return again. So if you're thinking of going to the store, I wouldn't. They could care less about their customers and as I read other reviews of the store, it's a parent that the staff is incompetent. You all need a better manager before you lose all your customers! Re-think the way you label things. Get staff that doesn't just sit around talking to one another instead of assisting customers.
