Each time, with absolutely horrendous customer service told her that they were out of stock! There was also no suggestions on where to go at an alternative location to make the purchase. This is not the first time that this out of stock situation has occurred. If you have a business that only sell ONE PRODUCT, you would think that they would have some type of OUT OF STOCK PROTOCOL. I am no longer a Twin Liquors Customer and I will be taking my business to SPEC'S. My wife drove all the way to Slaughter Lane (SOUTH PARK MEADOWS) and they had 12 bottles of the liquor that I needed! IF YOU ARE SMART, DO NOT WASTE A SINGLE MINUTE OF YOUR TIME AT TWIN LIQUORS AT IH-35 and 1626! THEY TOTALLY SUCK!!

After ordering, we were told they were out of ribeye, so we pivoted to burgers. We also ordered an appetizer sampler. The mozzarella sticks and fried pickles were decent, but the wings were a different story. The honey BBQ sauce tasted more like honey ketchup, and the wings themselves weren't crispy; the skin looked pale and boiled. When our burgers arrived, things really went downhill. We each took a bite and immediately lost our appetite. The bacon wasn't crispy and had an off, almost rancid taste. The onion rings were just okay, but you could clearly taste the oil they were fried in. The fries were the one bright spot and they were actually pretty good. On the positive side, our waitress handled everything well. She was understanding, attentive, and professional throughout, which we appreciated. Only reason why this isn't a one star. Unfortunately, the experience didn't end there. The next day, both of us had stomach issues. Safe to say, this is not a place I'll be returning to.
