In the north they will accept your money, and provide poor quality service. In this particular instance there's prejudice towards both business and listeners. It is unfortunate that job security for employees require them to go along, to get all ng and remain employed. While such practices are difficult to prove, nevertheless this has been my experience, and the reason I cancelled with them. It would be great have all monies refunded, all posts, etc deleted and this matter never be repeated.
