New to Anderson, SC, I called Corley to install my electric car charger. I told Corley's…read morerepresentative that Duke Energy was offering a rebate to of up to $1,250.00 which is a huge rebate. Corley installed my charger but without getting a permit, which is required and then I asked them to correct the issue which took forever but eventually, they got an inspector out here. However, Corley would not provide a proper invoice required by Duke that showed a break down of material and labor broken down on the invoice with totals, and to this day they have refused to accomodate me, so if your new to town and have an electric vehical, DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!! I'M OUT OVER A $1000 BECAUSE THIS COMPANY WILL NOT PROVIDE A DETAILED INVOICE. I'VE ASKED THEM NUMEROUS TIMES TO ACCOMODATE ME AND THEY WILL NOT. I called them because my power was out in my lower part of the home where I live. I am 9 months pregnant and expecting a baby any day now as a single mother and I also have a 4 year old. We had an appointment to meet at 330 pm today. They did not show up and I received no phone call. I got off of work early just to meet them. When I called them at 3:51pm, I was given an excuse that it was because of the rain and no apology for not being given a heads up. Then I was told that I had to meet them between 8 am and 3 pm in the future. I explained to them that I cannot do that because of my job and that I can't take off of work to meet them and that I am due anyday now and so this is very important. At this point, they said find someone else and hung up on me. When I called back I received no answer. I don't know about you but I have been seeing a pattern in the lack of professionalism of several contractors in this area.
