Customer Service is horrendous! I dropped off a PS3 for a USB repair that they said would take a few days to a week. 6 weeks later, thePS3 was never repaired. When I called I got variations of the same excuse, the tech is really busy, works at multiple locations, waiting for parts. Let me call the tech and we'll call you right back. Never called back. Each week the same thing until they said the tech went on vacation and can't verify if the PS3 was repaired because They didn't have a game or controller to operate the game console, even though they initially said they didn't need mine because they have their own supplies to test with. I called them out and they did changed it with zero charge. but it was worse, the " new " screen had cracks inside the screen. I have never written a review in my life, but this place was horrible. My mom took my water-damaged phone here to be fixed and they originally charged us $180, which is not the issue. Following this, we returned to this shop about 15 times in the span of like 2 months because it had non stop issues. When we came in the first time, we asked for my phone to be completely fixed, yet were forced to come back because first, the charging port wasn't working. They tried to charge us $75 for a cheap charging port but eventually just agreed on $15. Next thing you know, they had to put 4 different ports in my phone on 4 separate occasions because my mic didn't work and I couldn't charge my phone. EVERY NEW PORT they put in my phone was just worse than the one I came to fix. however, i was willing to accept it bc they just kept gaslighting me and i was tired of wasting my time coming back. However my phone, after like another week(so now currently) is barely usable and completely blacks out and won't even turn on. me and my mom asked for a refund, and instead of a refund they said they would give us a "brand new" iphone 11 which was actually a scratched up refurbished phone, so we said no. we asked for our $195 after all the wasted time, gas, and headache just for my phone to immediately break down after they "fixed it" Btw Hamzah, the guy whose the manager, he said to me "we always warn out customers with water damage that issues can come up no matter if we fix it" WHICH ME AND MOM WERE NEVER EVEN WARNED OF, LIKE WHAT? so your warning us after we paid and came here a million times? I recently had this experience...third party battery replaced at We Fix Phones & Tablets paid $99 to replace battery with a third party battery. Nothing improved with my battery life. ...in fact more issues arose. Facial ID not working. Went to the Apple Store in Orland Mall. ( less than 2 weeks after ) The Genius Bar at Apple diagnosed Face ID hardware failure. To repair this and a new battery would cost me $238. Returned to We Fix Phones to resolve this problem only to be told "you probably dropped it" and like all the other reviews here state....they BREAK phones not fix them and do NOT stand behind their work. This place is awesome. The main guy that works there (he may also be the owner) is unbelievably nice and intelligent. My issue was a broken back facing camera on my iPhone. He tried 4 or 5 things to fix it but, unfortunately it was a motherboard failure so he couldn't resolve the issue. HOWEVER, he did not charge me for labor even though I took up 20 minutes of his time. The amount of services are abundant here and the prices are very fair. After spending a Sunday morning cleaning the condo, my phone slips and the glass completely cracks. I have a super good case to prevent these things but of course I took it off some time ago. I freaked out because this was a first for me. I had my partner call a bunch of areas and We Fix It had the best price and time frame. My iPhone was fixed within an hour without hassle. I was able to drop off my phone and go shopping and come back. My phone was waiting with a perfectly normal screen. The service here is fast, very friendly, and I was so happy they were open on a Sunday. This has to be the worst company I've ever done business with, I dropped off an iPad off three and half weeks ago that they told me would take one day to complete. The first time I picked it up the home button was not placed correctly and would not work, the second time the screen was not placed correctly and when I turned it on they had damaged the lcd and the third time I actually received my iPad back I took it home and the home button still gave me problems and the screen was still lifting. When I called them about this the same night that I had picked it up they told me it was my fault and I would have to pay full price again to fix it because they had damaged the lcd and had already fixed that at their expense, I would recommend going anywhere but here! read more

Went here yesterday to get my iPhone 6 screen replaced after it had gotten shattered. I got the premium then went home and realized the screen was lagging. When I tried to scroll, it would select whatever I was pressing instead of just scrolling. I went back today and they did some tests and said they didn't see a problem. Since I had noticed it was much better this morning before going in, I figured maybe it was fine. Since then I have noticed more problems, such as selecting one app, but it chooses another. Luckily I have the 1 year warranty and they were very polite: told me to come back anytime to get it fixed. I will likely need to, but I wish it had worked the first time. UPDATE: I went back and they fixed my phone screen again. It's been working great and they even threw in a free case and temper glass protector. read more

Jeff and Sam were so awesome! They fixed my galaxy s7 edge in 35 minutes! I replaced the back and it was only $100. I also bought a tempered glass cover for my screen. It was $49.99 and it has a 2 year warranty, so if you break your screen with the cover on they fix it for $10!!! (Normally my screen would cost $500 to fix!) They also gave my mom 10% off for being awesome! Next week we are bringing in our computer and iPad to get fixed. They do everything there. I highly recommend them. I came in on a Friday night fifteen minutes before close afraid I was going to be turned away. Instead, I was greeted and after I explained the reason for my visit, the gentleman said, "no problem, hang tight and we'll get it fixed."
