He asked me for the necessary computer information and was able to give me a reasonable price that was way cheaper than buying a new laptop! He was very responsive throughout the process and let me know when he had ordered the part for my computer screen fix. The repair was done within a few days of him receiving my computer, which he had very graciously picked up while he happened to be in my city. Once the fix was done, he had sent me pictures with my new screen and a video to confirm the touch screen was working too! It looked great, and he ended up giving a bubble wrap case for the computer! He was available during a wide time range for pickup, which was very quick and easy as he had sent the invoice ahead of time. I walked out an hour and 15 minutes later without my new phone and without having contact with any of the four employees. I was never greeted, spoken to, or acknowledged. The employees were more interested in upselling rather than taking care of all the customers in the store. The owner was so friendly and nice. My laptop was an old one and my files that I needed got encrypted. He wasn't able to fix my computer but did assure me when I bought my new laptop he would help transfer everything to the new one. He didn't even charge me for anything.
